After realizing that my Lennox thermostat was discontinued because it couldn't last more than 2 years, I reached out to Dale & Lee's to see if they could help. A service manager spoke with me over the phone about my options since the replacement Lennox thermostat is approximately $1,400+. We set an appointment for Friday, June 2nd. I was told they would be there after 12:00. No big deal, my wife was off work that day so I knew I could have someone there to let the technician in to complete the job. We waited until 4:40 for the technician to show up. He immediately realized that we needed to re-wire the entire system to put in the new thermostat - I'm not sure why he didn't know that before he showed up seeing as how that's EXACTLY what we discussed when I booked the appointment. He told me it would cost me $92 for his trouble of showing up to tell me something I already knew. He said they would call me the following Tuesday or Wednesday to schedule the work. Great! Here is your $92. I got a call the following Monday asking to schedule an appointment to install the new thermostat. "Not bad," I think. At least they followed up, right? We scheduled the work to be done on Thursday the 8th of June. I made arrangements to have someone at my house for the technician. Thursday comes and goes. No call. No show. Nothing. I'm having a really tough time figuring out what I got for my $92 other than extreme frustration. Maybe I should just consider it a $92 lesson to not do business when Dale & Lee's going forward? For what it's worth, Brent DeBoer, I am renovating a 3,600-sq/ft house right now that will need a whole new system. Can you guess who won't be getting a call for that project?
Casey the Dale and Lee's Service Technician is awesome, he found the problems with our system that were not properly done when our building was remodeled 8 years ago (wish Dale and Lee's was used by the company that did our remodel). Also anytime we call they get to us quickly and everyone there is very professional and polite this is a 1st class business to deal with and Classic Chevrolet will always rely on Dale and Lee's for all of our Air Conditioning and Heating needs.
They have “stood me up twice” in the last two years for scheduled service appointments. There was not even a courtesy phone call indicating that they would not be able to meet their commitment in either case. They are pathetic. I am moving on.
Had Dale and Lee’s come out late last year to repair two outdoor faucets. They supposedly fixed them but when we went to reconnect the hoses to each of them this year, they continued to spray water everywhere. I called last Friday and was told someone would call before they showed up on Monday. No one called but they did finally show up. The guy told my husband the thing just needed to be tightened down. Why was it not tightened when they were out here late last year? They then charge me 93 bucks for 5 minutes! The guy calls just to confirm since they were out here for the same thing previously and the lady on the phone then lies and was like well I told them it may just need to be tightened! Uh no! She never said that and again, why the heck was it not fixed correctly to begin with! I will never use this company again, not for plumbing, heating or air! What an absolute rip off!
Mike was very rude he came to our business asking for the owner I was trying to get someone to talk to him he was real testy and pushy trying to get me to sign a piece of paper and wasn't authorized to do that he had to talk to owner of our flea market of Cheapo Depot he needs to learn some people skills
Doug at Dale & Lee was incredible to work with. Smart, straight-shooting, and truly looking out for the customer. If you want to get a solution that works for your family without being oversold - call them!
They have been "my go to" place for all my A/C and heater needs for the past 8 years. Friendly, knowledgeable techs get the job done right!
They came on time, did exceptional work, very polite. It got really cold the first night and I was absolutely comfortable. Thanks y'all!
Great service. Fast even on a weekend. Rates are very reasonable after calling around a few places Dale and Lees were actually one of the most affordable and they were the quickest to be able to get to our home. Thanks Dale and Lees we will definitely be repeat customers when we have any needs.
I have used them for years. Always fast, always good. They will come out any time and fix whatever. You can rely on them.
“Hour Emergency” lead me to believe they provide emergency services. Still not heard back from them 6 hours later. False advertising. (Update) Got a call from someone who cleared some things up. Apparently the person who took the initial call did not mark my situation as an emergency even though I specifically stated my $10,000 server and 3 exotic snakes were in danger of overheating. She apologized and asked if they could still assist me. So, I'm adding 2 stars for the effort on her part to be fair.
The guy that came out to my house was super nice and knowledgeable, got out AC fixed in about 20 minutes!
The people at Dale and Lee's were awesome! We called Dale and Lee's because our air conditioner quit working, my wife has health issues and can't tolerate extreme heat. A service tech arrived at our house within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and gave us the information we needed. In our case, we needed a new heat and air system. The one we had was old and worn out. Within a few days, we had the new system in and cooling the house. There was something Dale and Lee's did that proved to me that they have the home owners best interest at heart. While we were waiting to have the new system installed, they brought out a window unit to help my wife not get sick from the heat. Also, the price was good and the service was great! Had a wonderful experience with Dale and Lee’s and would recommend them to anyone. They were timely, professional, and efficient. They got my AC unit up and running again in no time at all on the same day I called them. When I called them back cause something wasn’t quite right they were quick to be back on the same day to help even though it was after hours.
My parents had a new hot water tank installed today. They took a nap and woke up to gas smell in the house. They tried calling Dale and Lee's 4 times and finally someone called them back at 10:30 tonight. He had to tell my dad how to turn off the gas because noone could come out and fix it. They said they would come in the morning. Your website says 24 hours. They also put in a new AC unit for my daughter over a year ago and she still has trouble to this day with the AC unit. And they say nothing is wrong with it.
Doug came to our rescue on a very, very hot August day! He fixed our air conditioner & was definitely our hero that day. Very friendly & professional. So thankful for him.

Fixed my Ac. But charged way way to much. I got charged $170 for a $20 part.. other ac companies put service fee to parts. Not dale&Lee. I will never do business with them again
Moved into a new house and quickly found out the AC was not cooling properly. Dale and Lee's sent out a service tech and he went through my system and said nothing was wrong. He Just changed a setting on my thermostat and said it should be fine. Week and half later it still wasn't getting cool so I called Air Co out and they found out both of my AC units were low on coolant. They recharged the coolant and both units work perfectly. Plus we found where the leak was and I have that scheduled to be repaired. I called Dale and Lee's to let them know that they missed the mark and said they would call back and never did. The conversation was cordial, so no reason to not at least call me back. I would not recommend using this company - period.
Good company. I've been using them commercially for several years, and I believe them to be a good and honest company based on the actions I've seen them take while at the facility I manage. When we're in a bind they've always stepped up and taken care of us.
