Not helpful at all. Took me forever to convince him that there was a problem - even with three separate thermometers telling him that he was wrong. He ultimately left the problem not fixed with our 9-month-old child having to be cold. Thank goodness for my husband being an electrician, who was able to fix the problem. Look for someone else if you need something actually done.
