The person never checked the system, just said that it needed charged, two lbs for $375. I was watching. Felt like the person was trying to rip us off.

I was impressed with the owner. He answered all my questions the technicians were polite and knowledgeable with showing me how to use my new heat and air system. They were very clean. I would recommend them to anyone.
Rick came out on short notice and fixed my AC in the pouring rain. They’ve always been great to us and I wouldn’t use anyone else for my heat and air!
Over priced and unprofessional.
This has got to be the most unprofessional business I have dealt with! I bought a unit myself and inquired with them to see if they'd be willing to put it in and they said they would get back with me, never did. Then when I called a couple days later to see what they decided, rather than just telling me no they were not interested THE OWNERS WIFE decided it was better to LECTURE me on how I'd stepped on their toes by purchasing my own units rather than ALLOWING THEM TO MAKE MORE MONEY Off selling me the equipment. Well sorry, I'm in a trade business and I knew it would be twice as much to buy it from a installation company rather than direct and I've got 3 kids I support and need to save money if I can. If they didn't want to work with me then by all means that's their right but I do not call a company and expect to be lectured for trying to save myself and my family money where possible! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic. Came out the same day I called (unheard of) even though they were booked full, they fit me in. The owner was very professional and forth coming about what was going on. I would recommend this company to anyone with HVAC problems. Thank you all right! 🥰

Matt came out to tune up my ac. He found some problems, and he took the time to point them out and explain how and why I need to fix. Long story short Matt did an amazing job, and my ac was working much better by the time he left. Thank you Matt, and All Right Heat & Air!

Our air conditioning at work was on the blink, the service technicians were very professional and knowledgeable, working for us during business hours and being very mindful of our customers, etc. They did an excellent job for us, installing new equipment and making it so comfortable and cool! It was a big job! I am very satisfied and would recommend All Right Heat & Air to anyone who needs great service.
I was incredibly shocked to get a same-day appointment, but with 85 degree temps it was a welcomed surprise! I was worried that there would be some pushy upselling for an upgrade to my system, but there was none. My problem was resolved in about an hour's time.

Too bad you can’t give 0 stars. You pay thousands of dollars for a system. Buy the package for routine service- AND They won’t go in the attic THEY put the system in! Very disappointed
