Had to call him 2 weekends in a row. Keith was quick to respond and got us cooled off. Very professional and we highly recommend him.
Kieth is extremely knowledgeable at what he does, he and his crew are very professional, efficient, and courteous. When Kieth gave me his bid he explained everything he was going to need to do the job, and when the job was finished it was done exactly how he had expanded it to me. Kieth also made sure I understood everything he had installed, how to use the features and maintain my complete HVAC unit. Extreme quality work and equipment. I highly recommend Phoenix Haet & Air. Keith is super knowledge and was able to quickly identify my problem. My AC unit was not working properly, in a timely manner it was up and running and my house was cool again. I will be using Keith for all my future HVAC needs. I can’t speak for his schedule but he was available the same day I called which was also appreciated.
