I appreciated that they showed me what was wrong with my system and explained the problem. Told me up front the cost and explain additional cost for Freon. Kind and friendly. I will use them again for all of my heat and air needs.
I really stink at writing reviews, but I will try! The best people to work with and use for all your AC and Heating needs! They saved us when first bought our house in 2019 and the AC went out the day before we were gonna have a bunch of people over for a Housewarming Cookout. They were our first call as well this year when we noticed the disconnect was not functioning correctly. One thing led to another and Bri had to call and give us news we did not want to hear, we need a new unit. We knew this was coming, but we still weren't ready LOL They were kind and professional as we went through the different options. They even let us borrow a window unit until we can get it all installed. I will always recommend AC Medics to everyone who needs it. Michael and Bri Bales are amazing at what they do!

Prompt and effective! We appreciated them so much! They have a cheaper after hours service fee than most other companies. The estimate I got from another company was >$450 and we ended up paying around $250 with the after hours fee. 10/10 would recommend.
Called at 730 am and they answered the phone. Told them about my issue and they set me up to come look at it for repair between 12:00 and 4:00 they called me at 915 and said they would be there earlier. By 1030 they were there and working on it. They had to leave to get a motor and was back and everything fixed by 1230. Thank you for the quick response and very fair on pricing. Techs very knowledgeable and explained every detail of what they had to do and what they did. Again thank you for the exceptional service.
I originally called a bigger named service to come out and service my AC unit on Saturday and they came out said my compressor was bad and that I should replace my whole system and proceeded to quote me an outrageous replacement cost. I then reached out to AC Medic for a second opinion. Michael came out first thing Monday morning during the rain and immediately realized that I did not need a whole new system nor was my compressor bad. He diagnosed the problem to be a bad fan motor. He then very quickly replaced the motor and had my AC up and running in no time. During the whole process he made sure I understood everything and then educated me on how to keep my AC system in optimal condition. If I ever need any HVAC assistance going forward, AC Medic will be my very first call. They saved us thousands of dollars and were so helpful!
The owner is awesome and very professional! I highly recommend them to anyone needing heat/air repair. Their prices to me are less expensive compared to other companies that I have used in the past. Also they are very honest and don't try to upsell you to make a dollar.
The best ac guy in the metro area in my opinion. Didn't try to sell me a new unit. Same day service. Was very knowledgeable and honest.

These guys are absolutely rockstars!! The whole experience was fabulous from the first initial call with the lovely Bree and everything after. The guys were out to install a whole new a/c & furnace in one day! I can’t say enough for this fantastic team and their customer service is top notch! I am so pleased with the system they installed and neato thermostat! Thank goodness for you guys, you rock! ❤️
