I had them come out to repair my heater yesterday and I have to say they provide a fantastic service and great pricing. I can't recommend them enough!
Our a/c unit started giving up during this summer’s heat wave after lasting 18 yrs. We had several well-known Tulsa companies come out to give us a bid to replace our heating and air unit. Their bids included: PSO energy rebate, new member discount and manufacturer’s rebate, and still their bids were extremely high. We remembered that several of our family members had used B & B Sheet Metal, Heating and Air and gave them a call. Dave Wilson came out and gave us a very reasonable, honest bid. We had also checked their customer reviews, and they were spot on. They are more interested in customer service, upfront with pricing; brand comparisons and honest answers to our questions. Watching Dave and his team install our new heating and air conditioning system, we were amazed at their workmanship.
I will use B and B for all our AC needs in the future. They are honest, professional and very responsive. We had another company come out and tell us our AC was shot and need to replace it with a hefty price tag. B and B came out, identified the problem and fixed it within an hour.
Truly can’t thank Jackson with B&B enough! He came out to our home on a super last minute call when my AC stopped cooling properly. I have two babies who were unable to sleep at night with how hot it was in their rooms. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get someone out to come service my system, but they fit me in and quickly identified the issue and resolved it within the hour! Jackson was so professional, personable, and knowledgeable on exactly how to best address our issue. He also stayed to give advice on some additional questions I had. I will 100% use this company in the future, and will recommend them to everyone!

Smaller company and very honest. More interested in customer service than just making a dollar. Which is rare to find now days. Upfront with pricing and comparison.

Excellent company, they stand by their work and service. Very reasonable on pricing, the owner and staff are very honest and won't try to sale you something you really don't need.
