Richard came out, diagnosed, and repaired our ac. With temps over 100, he was awesome. Also informed me of what's causing condensation around my air vents.
The people that come to my house, was real good about my problem.They found the problem and got the part and fix it . I would like to tell both of them thank you for the time it was to get done. I will tell people that if you have a problem call Action AC.

I asked Steve to check my Condenser as suspected the original installer had hooked it up incorrectly. He verified it had and gave his recommendation. He could have made a big deal out of the matter but he did not. I was thankful for his honesty.
In the past they have done a good job for me. Only had an issue with them once but they made it right afterwards. Last time here they came earlier due to cancelation and made repair before a cold front moved in. Great timing.
Building a new home guys are easy to work with,at the job site when they say they will be, very professional. Action is doing Heat/Air and Electrial.

A few weeks ago, Action Heat and Air in Collinsville, OK. installed a minisplit system in my home. They also installed electrical components that the system needed to be hooked up to. Two other heat/ac companies that I got quotes from weren't able to do the electrical installation part. They said I would need to hire an electrician to do that part. I really liked that Action Heat and Air could do both jobs for me. It made things so much more seamless. During the install, the guys at Action Heat and Air were fast, friendly and knowledgeable, and when they were done, they cleaned up inside and out. The price for everything was fair and I was very pleased with their work. I highly recommend Action Heat and Air!

Had a minor issue with the thermostat that was resolved easily & pain free. Issue was so small that there ended up being no charge, despite the tech spending plenty of time at our house. Scheduling was also a breeze & technician was very professional. Highly recommend calling Action Heat & Air!
When we called for service, they came the very next day. Staff was very professional and friendly. They told my husband exactly what the problem was and fixed it immediately. We will definitely use this company from now on.
I will not be using this business anymore. After paying for a new unit and install, experiencing difficulty with it just months later was told if I could not meet with them before 5pm on their work days, I would be charged time and a half for the service call... On a brand new unit that should not be having trouble?…nope.
