Hired to do new plumbing on new building being built. Took 1/2 payment up front. Did not finish ground plumbing and could not get back on site. Held up job for weeks. Hired another company to finish to move forward. Totally unprofessional. Never answered callback and never returned any payment for work not completed.
OK Red Dirt Plumbing answered their phone, called back when they said they would, and showed up when scheduled. These things shouldn't be an issue with any business, but here we are and they're doing it right. Our water heater went out, so you know you can't wait days or weeks for service. They were fast, friendly, and affordable. They were in and out quickly and now my kids won't smell so bad. We will definitely call them again for future work.
I would highly recommend Red Dirt plumbing. Jeremy and Cody were very professional and answered all my questions. They treated us like we were family. It's hard to find great customer service anymore. They exceeded our expectations on every level. We'll be calling them for all plumbing needs in the future.
This company took out a water softener and left a barely insulated line in the attic of my house that froze of a house I had just bot. I had to pay another plumber a substantial amount of money to figure this out and fix the issue of poor quality work. Work that was properly installed and insulated would not have froze, When you leave 2-4 foot gaps in the insulation in the water line. When the insulation wasn't even connected properly and the plastic protecting the adhesive was still on the insulation leaving a gap. None of the connection points and splices and elbows being covered at all. I would never in my life recommend this company whatsoever.
This company installed my Rainsoft filter, water softener, and reverse osmosis system. 24 hours after installation I found a puddle under the kitchen sink where the RO system was installed. I called and left a message right away on their answering machine. I waited until around mid day the next day to call and leave another message on their machine. Every time I call I get the answering machine. They claim to be open 24 hours a day. 2.5 days now after initial message and no one has called me back about sending someone to repair the leak.
Called and set up appt, no show, called two more times left message, no answer! Used plumbtech, they came right away and did an awesome job!!
Just moved to the area from DFW and had a front loading washer that was leaking sporadically. Utilized home warranty and Ricky called, set up appointment, called 15 minutes out...and had problem diagnosed, repair, and tested washer in a quick amount of time. Thank you Ricky and Red Dirt Appliance!
Red Dirt Plumbing provided the absolute best plumbing service - Quick to respond and arrived on time - Professional attitude - Quality work and materials - they even cleaned up after the job Thanks Guys!! Waking up to a water leak was not a good way to start the day, you fixed the problem and I was at work before lunch - amazing!
