When they were a new they had great customer service. Now they don't care about you, even if you bought your system from them. You see they've already gotten the big money out of you and apparently they won't care about you again until you need a new system 😩. If you schedule maintenance and you take the day off work, use a day of vacation, wait for them all day they will call and say I'm sorry we've had too many emergencies today we can't make it. Yep call me at 2:00pm to tell me this. So I asked them what an emergency is and they said people that are without service but the thing is it's like 78 degrees outside today so I'm not sure why this would be considered an emergency 🤔. I made this appointment two weeks ago and I am using a day of vacation!! I think it's pretty obvious that their definition of an emergency is when they can go somewhere and potentially put in a new unit and make a lot of 💰🤑. They asked me if I wanted to reschedule and I said oh so I'll use another day of vacation but if you have more emergencies you won't show up again and they said that is correct 😳. I asked them how do I know if you'll ever show up and I'll just use all my vacation waiting on you all and the guy said he couldn't answer that question 🕵️🙄. I was really mad and hung up on him. I won't spend any more vacation days sitting around waiting on Advent. They are not to be trusted anymore 😔

Have used this company for many years never had a problem until today! Called them out on a Friday for our usual tune up getting ready for summer temps along with fixing a wire $200.00 charge. The guy who came out looked completely unprofessional and was not friendly at all!!! Had to call them out again for another fix of the same wire same guy came out still looked unprofessional and still not friendly fixed the wire and taped it up all of 20 mins and charged another $200.00. The heating side of this business is Completely not worth hiring! Not professional…Not friendly… looks like he rolled out of bed at 2:30 in the afternoon and OVER PRICED! Don’t waste your time and money! Wish I could give negative star rating!

Fair upfront price. Plumber and helper were both friendly and courteous and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales. Will definitely use them the next time

I have used them several times and usually only wait a minimum amount of time. They are straight forward and not expensive at all.

We had an issue with our toilets, one was whistling and one was leaking at the base. Called the company they sent Aaron and Ryan out, Aaron told me up front what the cost would be unless there were other issues. They were very professional got the job done and we could not be happier with the service we received. They have done services for us in the past. So highly recommended them and I did to my neighbors.

Our ac broke down and we called numerous places. Advent was able to answer, came out to give us a quote, and the next day they was out installing our new unit. I am grateful for their quick response to save us from the summer heat.

Talked to Advent last week and they told me they'd be out sometime today Friday May 13 to look at my broken AC. On the phone I told them my buddy put his gauges on it and thought there was a leak because it was registering almost no refrigerant pressure. I took off half a day to meet them. They called about 15 minutes ago to tell me a tech was on the way. 5 minutes later they call again to say the owner won't work on my unit because another company had already worked on it and "we're not doing that". My buddy is not another company he just has gauges from when he installed his own unit but doesnt have experience troubleshooting. How does that make any rational sense? Literally 99.9% of the units they service have been serviced at some point by other companies. Surely, they don't exclusively service units that they've installed and have been the lone servicers throughout the history of that AC?? I can't believe what just happened. I just got GASLIT!!! DONT CALL ADVENT!!!!! 3.8 stars should have told me something to begin with.

AC unit went out and so we called a them and a guy came out to fix it, he said that the problem with the thermostat so I went out the same day and bought a new thermostat and had it installed and what a shocker, the AC was still not working properly it wasn't until the guy came out a second time and had a 30-minute phone call with a person over the phone to finally figure out what the issue is and was still charged $130 for a piece that cost $10 at Home Depot.

I have used this company in the past to replace both A/C units. They did a very good job and quoted at fair price. I called them first when I discovered water in the pan and closet. The diagnosis replacement due to a leak. The price quoted was 2x the cost of the hot water heater. A second plumber was called. By then, the water had dried. He found no leak. His conclusion was that the water probably discharged from the pressure relief valve. Don't know who is correct. Only know over a week later the water heater is still working and there is no water in pan. Second opinions are always a good idea. I was saved, or put off to another day, an extremely expensive repair.

First off, I want to say this is not a reflection of the technician. He was very professional, and I enjoyed the experience with him. I had my AC quit working and had advent come out to service. I was quoted the 69.99 special, which was reasonable. The Tech isolated down to thermostat and replaced. He did not have the programmable one on truck so he said he had to come back. I was charged 150 for thermostat replacement. Still, not unreasonable. Today, when they replaced they explained it would be an additional $95 because of this thermostat upgrade I received. The upgraded thermostat they are referring too is a Braeburn 6825. They explained they paid $140 for the thermostat. When looking almost anywhere online you can find this thermostat anywhere between 45-90. I called and explained my issue with the pricing. I was told I was paying for their 30 day warranty and technician charge. However, I already paid for that charge in the 150.00 previously. When presented with this rather than saying hey, maybe the customer has a valid point, they told me they could leave the old one on and I could buy my own on the internet. I could not imagine ever telling a customer that. I think a better solution would have been to say maybe our supplier is either way overcharging us, or we need to reconsider our purchasing decisions. How can a residential customer get a 100% cheaper price than a company that does this daily. I say all this to say, I will not be using them in the future because of these types of practices. There is plenty of competition in this industry and I will definitely find out how their competitors treat customers next time this happens.

Although they came out the same day I called, they charged me $195 just to unplug the unit to reset it. It was my first and last time using them.

Hired them because my freon was low, they came out and charged me $500 to charge it and fix it, one day later it was out again and wanted to charge me another $400 to recharge it and when I complained, the the service technician called the owner and lied to him and told him I was refusing to pay. Then they left, and refused to come back when I called in to see what happened. Complete farce. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Will see them in small claims court.
