We have been with Overholt for our air conditioning and heating service for more than 20 years, and whether the service was for tune-ups, check-ups, minor repairs, or total installation of new products, the knowledge, service, professionalism and courtesy was outstanding. Today was our annual air conditioning check/tune up, and as always, the service was excellent. We simply could not ask for more; just fantastic all the way around.
Overholt is our go to for HVAC services and repairs. Devan is our technician who has been to our home a number of times. He is truly the reason we keep coming back! A Top Quality employee that embodies your companies mission statement and delivers results. He makes me feel safe, he is timely, respectful, clean and efficient in his approach. Came home from long trip to a SUPER COLD 🥶 HOUSE! Called Overholt and Devan came out very quickly, diagnosed and FIXED the issue by having the needed part on his truck. We are now toasty warm, and very grateful. Thank you Overholt and Devan.
Enzo did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem with my furnace. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. Will use Overholt again if needed.
Devan is very professional and knowledgeable. Overholt always gives options and excellent recommendations.
Our thermostat was not coming on when it should have. Enzo came and fixed the problem, then explained why it wasn’t working. So, he not only solved the problem, but he also educated us as to the reason it happened, and how to keep it from happening again. My take away, regular yearly tuneups. I will be putting this on my calendar.
The tech Enzo was great, checked components that another company didn't. Very satisfied.

Davon, The service tech was absolutely fantastic. He had a delightful attitude, very professional and found the problem within five minutes. In this day and age of service techs not always being recommended, he is one of the best.
We have a heat pump in a small apartment that wasn’t cooling properly. Devan came out and service the system quickly and efficiently and we are comfortable again! Thanks Overholt!
Quick service time, friendly and knowledgeable technicians, and just the right amount of technology integration to keep things running smoothly. I like the automated texts that let you know when the technician is on the way as well as their use of ipads for a detailed breakdown of service costs and on the spot payment.
They are unable to work on Lennox furnace & A/C’s but say that they are able. Did not bring the correct tools to even open the furnace for diagnostic purposes. They are not timely with answers and ultimately had to seek help from another company as they were unable to figure out what the issue was and wanted to call Lennox for input. They were simply unable to fix the problem and wanted us to wait days for Lennox to help them solve it.
