Great work, bad customer service. Called during winter time for a cleaning and was told that my program was expired (which is fine) was told that I would be called in late spring for a cleaning for summer, even after i asked if i should be the one calling in. Called today to be told that they can't schedule unless I pay for the whole package right now and they aren't scheduling until August. I have been using this company for years and had a whole new system installed 7 years ago, would have been nice to be told that their whole system has been changed instead of trusting what I was told in the winter time.
Great customer service and communication. My air conditioning unit was fixed and is running great. Only reason I gave 4 stars is price.
Fantastic service, professional installation and fast and courteous plumbing team. By far the best value for your money. They responded quickly and had the entire job complete in a matter of hours. Would highly recommend WF Hahn - won't be using anyone else in the future. Thank you!
My family recently discovered that our air conditioning unit did not start up when went to turn it on this week. I gave Rick a call on the day we experienced this issue and the very next day he was here to inspect the unit and go through the options that I had. Our HVAC system was very old so we knew we would be in the market for a new system in the future. Rick was able to lay out all of our options for new systems as well as repairs and at the end of the day we decided on a new system. Rick was very personable and professional with detailing all of the options that we had. It was a great experience with situation that is typically not so pleasurable.
They are the best! My Dad had an emergency situation with the toilet. Even though it was after midnight on a Friday night, they were very helpful and responsive and got someone out on Saturday morning! Dave the technician was awesome! I'm signing us both up for their service contract.
Hann has been our provider for over 25 years. The install they just provided was beyond our expectations; the quality of work exceptional, and the installer was outstanding.
They take care of our hvac system for our club house at our condos in North royalton. Super fast and reliable.
I own rentals all around help other companies that do rentals around NEO. While they have some good people there, it is not well run. Billing for things they should not bill for. Put employees at risk when a mad worker with a Sawzall just started poking holes in the wall and creating damage instead of listening to workers on where the holes needed to be done. Put in pecs when it was told that other piping was required and when came back to fix the mess and damage they did on more than one floor they did not replace the piping. I install piping myself. Pecs is simple. The did it in such a way that you could not drywall over the pecs. It was so easy to do it so that would not be an issue and yet they did not take he time to do it right. They also divided payments as they saw fit when they had agreed with my client that a payment would all go to one thing. They wanted payment for not completing work and not doing it right and it took over a month to have someone from the company come out and simply see how much of a disaster it was. An apology was made but that was short lived. After fixing the work that was messed up and not fully doing that, they charged my client for work that would not have been needed if they had done the work right in the first place. There has also been a loss of rent on these units as they have not been rentable due to how poorly the work was done and that it caused other problems in the building and more cost to the client. They also have a division in the company that is not good as one side does not communicate with the other as to what is going on and then causes problems with clients. The problem does come at the top and they are losing some of their good workers due to leadership.
Great service, very professional team both on the phone and in the field, showed up quickly and fixed our furnace.
Had time sensitive heating needs at my place of business. The dispatch had a salesman, Bob, come by and he arrived 5 min before the stated time slot. Extremely thorough and involved me in his analysis of what was needed. We then had Anthony and Mike out for installation, both of which were on time…being early. Professional and efficient. A third technician Jim came to help and reinforced the reputation this company carries. I will highly recommend others to trust their HVAC needs being met to the best degree by all those listed above at W.F. Hann. Many thanks
Our AC is down. My fiancé stated the problem in the call to this company. They scheduled someone to come out on Monday(today) this was on a Thursday. Keep in mind that there were a few really hot days between then. But we waited. They then called at 5:00pm - an hour after our appointment time (and after we got a call saying the technician was on his way)saying that they could not do the work. They said it was because the thermostat was customer installed but this was made known during original contact. We were without AC for days. We should have honestly just called someone else but we thought they’d come through. Well they didn’t. Them not being able to do the work isn’t the problem. It’s the fact that they cancelled the appointment past the appointment time after we waited for them all day.
I called in to make an appointment and spoke to Donna, what a wonderful and pleasant person. Donna took the time to schedule when it was convenient for me.Gabe came out because my tub drain was draining slow. He was professional, personable and polite. He cleared the drain and cleaned up after himself, it looks cleaner than before he came out. Gabe explained everything to me and made suggestions on maintaining the drain
Diagnostics were quick. John is clearly a professional and went above my expectations in being courteous but also for explaining the problem and nuances in such detail. Will not hesitate to call them in the future.
We had a mini split heater installed in our sunroom. Dan and Mike did a great job. They were professional, courteous and explained everything well. They went above and beyond to do the best job they could for us and make sure everything would work well and look good. We are very pleased.
I am improving my review from December 2021 because this organization has been much better attending to our commercial HVAC issues The last few weeks. They have installed two central humidifiers to properly humidify my piano store in Beachwood. They also perform routine maintenance for us since 2017.
Estimate for HVAC was 7k higher then any other local competitor, for exact same system. Also found it odd that the gentleman/salesman "needed" our home wifi password in order to send office information to generate a quote. Personally, I find this to be completely unprofessional and unnecessary but my husband happened to be home that afternoon and didn't think twice about just giving out that info. It's since been changed but I'm unsure how/why having our wifi password would help his "lack of cellphone coverage" but I'm also not a super tech savvy individual.
sink clogged on Thur. night. No appointment available till Monday. Was told maintainer contract was for emergencies such as broken pipe or water heater. 82 yrs old so running up and down stairs to wash dishes not an option. Wonder if the health department would be interested in 4 days of dirty dishes piling up.
The technician's name was Zach. Long story short. He hit the reset button a couple of times causing the oil to build up. After opening the voltage regulator chamber he told me my system was filled with soot and sludge. He pulled out the nozzle assembly and bent the electrodes. He quoted me a price of 300 and some dollars, I told him to go ahead and fix it. After a minute he said he wanted to talk to me outside where he then quoted me $1,000 to $2,000 to fix it. I gave him $100 (they don't carry cash so he got a dollar tip) and he left. I called another repair service who came in and fixed it for $89. I highly recommend you do NOT use this service!!!
Don't be fooled by the good reviews. They will charge you 99 dollars just to show up. You will get an insane hi bid. And to top it off they will tell you on top of that bid it will cost $215 an hour's extra. And it usually will because their bid is based on one hour even if the job will take more then that in most cases. If you tell them no after 5 minutes in your property they don't care they will just hand you a 99 dollar invoice even if they just looked at you. Wow Invoice paid in full ($99). To this company response where to begin. Unit was opened before the technician arrived . No work was done or any tool used. The technician saw the hole and offered to replace the whole coil assembly. I refused this because this is a brand new unit And will cost more then $2000. I asked just to repair the screw hole and charge the unit. The technician became hostile and told me that it will cost $1140+tax and + $215 hourly rate on top of the $1140 to fix the problem. I asked how long it will take to fix the problem he replied 2-3 hours. So to fix the hole and charge the system if it takes 3 hours I will pay $1140(fixed fee)+215*2(hourly fee)+tax total of $1695.5 I said that I can pay $1140 but would not pay an hourly rate on top of that . I asked to talk to his supervisor he refused and asked for $99 dollars. I said I will call the company myself and pay them directly . He was outside my house for 7 minutes. He started to swear and left. I called the company center told them what happened and they started to give me the runaround. I paid my $99 dollar invoice. I called another company repair cost was $350 to braze the tiny hole and charge the system with warranty for a year. This company is motivated by greed and praying on unsuspected home owners. Avoid at all cost
They over charged my elderly neighbor and told her that basically everything needed replaced. Furnace was under warranty which they wouldnt honor. They quoted her $4600 to "FIX" her furnace (not replace). Smh. She got it fixed by another person for $250 and the part was under warranty. Shame on you WF Hann for taking advantage of senior citizens.
