Alonzo did a great job, he explained programs company offers for service.
Randall performed a very complete assessment on our air conditioning unit. He took time to explain what he did and what we might need in the future. We have always had great service from Service Experts on both our air conditioning unit and our furnace including an emergency call last year for our air conditioner that Ian worked hard to correct.
Excellent job by Charles, Alexis, and Matthew! Hot water heater broke and team was there to check it out the next day. Replaced it the following day. Great work and great company!
Our AC broke during one of the hottest weeks we had this year so far. This was our first time needed heating and cooling services and after searching good reviews, we landed on service experts. The experience was top notch from the very beginning to the end. Everybody that I talked to make the initial appointment were very professional, knowledgeable, and sweet. When the day came to check out our AC, we found out it was outdated and basically burned itself out. The great offers they gave for furnace/AC install were too good to pass. Our house is no easy job, our basement is a hole in our kitchen floor with very steep wooden steps. Everybody that came for the install took their job very professionally. They got our old furnace out, put a new furnace in, switched out the outside AC units, and put in a new thermostat in the same day all while respecting our home. You have great workers on your hands and we are beyond happy to be part of your membership. Today, unexpectedly, we got a package in the mail. It's a goody box from your company!! I think we might be getting a little spoiled now haha. The house is cool and happy! Thank you so much for everything you guys did.

Our service tech was Randall and I would like Randall to be our service person all the time if possible. He was professional and pleasant. I might add he was thorough in the servicing of our unit and explained what was done and what to be mindful of in the future.
Alonzo the technician was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had and he was very friendly and polite. I wish all businesses had employees like him.

Dustin Stump was at my home this afternoon to perform the spring maintenance on my heating and cooling system. He’s been here before and always does a thorough job and gives me a good assessment on how the various components are working. He is very personable and reliable. I’ve used Service Experts from the Ravenna office for many years and know that they will keep things running.
I just got my AC for my home tuned up after it hasn't been fully cooling my home. My tech was Dustin, and he was awesome! He provided great service with his tune-up of my AC that has it running better than ever!

We have a contract that brings a technician to our house twice a year to check the air conditioner and heating system. Today was our spring checkup and the technician was a man named Randall who took the time to re-introduce us to the workings of our thermostat and the general information for a more efficient furnace and air conditioner. Big smile and easy manner, a people person. Good face for the company. Thank you for sending him.
