Had to request immediate service due to an in-progress roof install. Kimmel was able to come out and measure and fit exactly a much-needed flashing replacement. They even made a trip out-of-town to get the right materials. I am SO pleased with the important services they provided today!!!!

Punctual, polite, and got the job done right. Pool furnace was acting up, Kimmel stopped by troubleshoot, found the problem, ordered the part and the furnace is back working! Thank you Jimmy and Ali, for getting the unit running.
Requested a specific tech, sent someone else. Communication needs to be improved between office and customer. Believe tech should have taken more time , was here and done in 18 minutes
Tech was very nice, professional, and explained the issue and resolved it quickly. The issue was with a water heater that was under warranty. Very happy with the service and would recommend to friends that needed services.

It’s Friday night. Came home from work to an 80 degree house. Called a few places. Neighbor recommended Kimmel. Quick response. They came out with in an hour of me calling. Was in and out in 20 mins. Very affordable and Professional. Highly recommend.

Called at 8am and service tech (Cayne) arrived at 12:30. Kimmel is first class. Received a text and email notification that technician was on way and a picture and brief bio of technician. Cayne was great. He quickly identified problem and replaced a part and our ac was back up and running in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend Cayne and Kimmel.
