Bryan was our tech today he was very professional, arrived on time and explained each task he did. I would highly recommend Dee's Heating and Cooling.
Mike came on time for the scheduled appointment and was knowledgeable about my equipment. He answered all my questions about the system and gave me advice about how to proceed to make sure my system stays working efficiently. Will most definitely use for future work.

We got to meet Mike Dee the owner who came out to fix our AC! He was literally the coolest guy! We were dying in the Ohio heat and our house was at 85 degrees with two big inside dogs panting and breathing so heavily! He saved the day! Bryan from Dee's Heating and Cooling was fantastic to work with. He was professional and personable, and very willing to explain the process of checking my AC and heater as he went through the steps. Condensation had started to accumulate on the AC unit when it cooled. Bryan did a great job of identifying the issue and solution, fixing the problem during the inspection visit. I highly recommend them!

The technicians that came out were very personal and professional. They went through everything with me when they were finished. I hardly knew they were there when they were installing the ac unit.

Dee’s was one of four different proposals I received to switch my electric furnace and heat pump with a brand new gas furnace and air conditioner. His proposal was the most reasonable of the four and I liked his answers to my questions. Mike always took his time and listened to my questions fixing or explaining away any of my concerns. When it came to dealing with Dominion, he and Lisa were a big help and kept things rolling along smoothly. His associates were always prompt and considerate during all appointments. Lisa was always pleasant and a pleasure to deal with on the phone while coordinating appointments. Due to all of the above I have no problem recommending Dee’s for all of your heating and cooling needs. In my humble opinion, I don’t think you can do better in or around Wadsworth.

My AC was not working properly the first time I turned it on this spring. I called Dee’s and they arrived within a couple hours. The guy that came out was through and very helpful. I will definitely call them next time my unit has an issue.

I want to thank the crew of Dee's Heating & Cooling for their excellent handling of my new A/C - Furnace installation. Back in February, when my furnace stopped working on a cold Saturday morning, I checked the local listings for quick help. Almost all of the heating businesses were closed on the weekend. I came upon two contractors open 24/7. After the dismal phone conversation I had with the first contractor, I called Dee's Heating. I spoke to Mike, the owner, who immediately set up an appointment with me. Shortly after, I met Frank. He wasn't at my place long (I had a blown fuse), but he did spend some time inspecting my furnace. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He listened to and answered every question I had. Knowing my furnace was nearly 30 years old, I asked Frank straight out if I should get a new one. He did seem a little surprised by the condition of the furnace, however, he said it was still running good. Frank never tried selling me on buying a new furnace. It was at that point I knew I was ready for a new A/C - Furnace system, and I wanted Dee's Heating & Cooling to do the install. I contacted them, and with a very pleasant phone conversation I had with Lisa, she took care of all my financial requirements as well as my appointment for the install. So, on May 18th, at the time scheduled, I met Dave and Ryan. Two courteous and sociable technicians who went right to work. Respectful of my home, they used shoe covers and laid down drop clothes on my carpet. Within a few hours, they had removed my old unit and installed the new unit. Once again, answering all my questions and giving me a thorough explanation on the specifics of operating my new system. Finally, I got to meet Brian, and like everyone else, he was exemplary in his work. He finished up on the install and inspection, answered what few questions I had left, and was gone. For the last two weeks now, I have been enjoying a whole new experience in air conditioning. I can't wait to see how the
Ryan and Bryan provided professional and timely service when our furnace went out. They provided quality work and were able to do our install next day. Would recommend to anyone needing services. Thank again!
Our central air unit stopped working. The fan would come on but the condenser was not coming on. I called Dee's after hours and reached Mike the owner while at a sporting event for his children. But, Mike took the time to talk with me, listened to my concern and set up an appointment for the next day. Bryan, Dee's technician came out and was very friendly and courteous. Bryan went right to the condenser, opened it up and found a wire that had two bad connectors. He made the necessary repairs, came inside and took a few temperature readings, checked the filter and adjusted the belt on the blower motor. All at a more than reasonable price. I was very pleased with the service and will most definitely use Dee's Heating & Cooling again. Mike, thank you, Bryan, and the rest of your team very much!
