The technician that came over was very professional and explained a lot to me. He was ok with me seeing how he does things and gave us a great price for how fast he was able to work. I honestly will give them a call first if I run into any problems with my home.
We had a leak under the sink which lead to flooding of our floors. The contractor noticed a potentially serious leak at the main shut off valve and we needed it repaired asap. I called KC immediately and he said he can come out the following day within a couple hours he had replaced the valve and inspected the surrounding valves to assure this wouldn’t happen elsewhere.
Keith was prompt and very fair priced. The work was great. We would highly recommend KC Services.
We had a washer basin drain backed up. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was quick and efficient. Super nice person. We were proud to hire a small local business. Would recommend him to anyone. He’s our go to person for the future. Thanks Keith!
Great work, nice guy, Keith. He has to come out 2 times and he was very professional and courteous both times. He was able to fix my issue and restore hot water to my home. Highly recommend!

Had water backing up in the basement at my mother's house. She called around 2 PM and they told her someone would be out this afternoon. Got a call later and said someone would be there shortly. They were there about 15 minutes later. Looked at what was going on and determined they needed the "BIG" machine to clean roots in the main drain. Was back with 30 minutes, probably less. Cleaned the roots and everything is working great for my mother now. Very professional and personable. True to their word. Will be calling them in the future.
Was great at being responsive to an emergency AC outage in horrible heat. Very professional and timely. Will use again and highly recommend! Glad I stayed local.

Our water heater went out and we needed it fixed asap. KC was recommended by a neighbor and not only had a competitive quote but was willing to come out right away and replace it on a Saturday morning. Fast, Friendly, and quality service and work. I would highly recommend them to my friends.

I called KC Services as my drain in the basement had water coming up. I had a lot of musical instruments and was very frantic about them getting ruined. KC Services were busy but said they would call me if they had time as it would be a couple days if I had to make an appt. Anyway, they called back around an hr or so later, got to my house within another 15 min and took care of the problem! They are awesome! Professional, reasonable and did an absolute great job! I will be calling them again! They also do HVAC and other services. I highly recommend them!
After I moved into a new unit, I discovered the water heater was at least 17 years old. I got a hold of Keith and he introduced multiple replacement options that might work for me. Keith is talented and professional and I'm happy with the replacement water heater he installed.
Asked for them to give me a quote, showed up over an hour late and said the estimate would take 1-2 business days. I've called repeatedly and tried contacting them and have finally given up after 2 weeks of waiting with no response. Coming from the trade business myself, this is very unprofessional. Even if you're busy you should still be able to notify the customer and give them an good explanation.

I was charged over $20 a minute ($70 for three minutes) which IMO seems excessive. However, I'm a social worker so maybe I'm unrealistic.
It was such a pleasure to meet Keith when he installed our new water heater last week. He answered the phone each time we called. He made our appointment for the install within a couple days. We needed to change the time that he came out and he accommodated us. He is trustworthy and knows his trade exceptionally well. We plan on having him come back to put in a new faucet in our tub/shower at some point. We highly recommend him to anyone needing any plumbing projects done. It is wonderful to know that we have found someone like him to call when issues arise. Thank you SO much, Keith!
this “5 star” system is not quite enough to explain our gratitude and my respect for K C and for Keith.. let me explain.. Shortly after buying our house, we had a fire as a result to a faulty pump in our basement. We called our home warranty company for service and replacement of a pump. They gave us a run around and after several calls we then were given a number to KC. Keith showed up and inspected our plumbing issue and proceeded to help us fight back to get the service paid for, save us money, and get the job completed. Keith was a god-send. Since then we have called Keith a few times for random jobs as we trust his work and the service he provides. That being said, we will continue to recommend and call him for any service needed. And if I could give more on the “star” system it would be way more. Thanks Keith for everything!
