Great service and quick. Our AC went out in 105 degree heat and Zimmerman was able to get a new system installed in just one day. Courteous and informative. The best in SATX.

Called with a no heat issue, tech was here in under an hour. All fixed, serviced and installed new filter that was stocked on the truck. Best service call ever! Highly recommend!
Waited weeks to get a appointment for this company as our AC wasn’t working (they said had to be over 70 to work on it)...had to put in emergency for my 79 year old grandma in 90 degree weather can’t breathe. (It was in high 80s for the whole week with no appointment in sight.) Just for them to tell us all of a sudden they don’t do crawl spaces. Could’ve told us that over a month ago when we called. How unprofessional.

Very professional company. My heat wasn’t working and They came out within an hour of my call. Fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Courteous staff and job was done for much less than I expected to pay. I will be using Zimmerman from now on! Much easier and better service than the last company I used. Highly recommend them.

They are fantastic! We have worked with them multiple times, most recently when our furnace went down on the coldest weekend of the year. One gets the feeling that they really care about their customers and will go the extra distance to make sure things are done right. This is the only heating and air company in Toledo we will use.
I'm surprised to read the bad reviews of this company. They installed my furnace and air conditioner in my old home and I felt very comfortable leaving them in the house while I was at work. When I bought a new home, I had them come out and check the furnace to see if it needed to be replaced. John could easily have sold me a new furnace but instead he told me to keep it as it was a good furnace, even if it were older. I think very highly of their integrity.
Honest family run company. John is extremely knowledgeable and I would recommend to anyone. Our furnace broke over the weekend and we were told by a different company that we needed a new furnace. Zimmerman was our 2nd "free estimate" for a new furnace but after taking a look FIXED IT FOR US using an old part they had in the truck!
This place is an absolute joke. I called them for a service call because my furnace was not heating properly. The guy that showed up took about three hours testing just about everything and still didn't know what was wrong and so he suggested a new furnace and while he was there might as well replace the air conditioner too. All to the tune of about $5000. This all happened on a Friday and so we were left without heat all weekend. By the time they called me for a follow up it was the next Friday, Meanwhile i got a second opinion. Not only was the repair diagnosed within about 15 minutes, it was also easily repaired and UNDER WARRANTY costing me nothing. This joke of a place tried to sell me new furnace when the current one was still under warranty... They have some nerve trying to rip off the public like this.
This business is filled with lies. They are not a repair company they are sales company. They did not attempt to actually fix my furnace just sell me a new one. It was literally below zero out and these guys were trying to sell me a furnace and A/C unit. Come to find out the whole repair was covered under a lifetime warranty. The "repair guy" failed to mention the warranty the entire time. The owner said he decides the best decision for the customer based on his opinion that's why the warranty was never mentioned as an option. He actually said "if you had a broken stapler on your desk & you had to buy a new one would you buy the same one that broke?" My response was "OF COURSE if it lasted 16 years!!" What he failed to realize or understand is that I wasn't buying a brand new furnace the lifetime warranty on my current unit covered the repair cost and the parts cost. They also said they attempted to reach me 6 times and wrote down insignificant times in which they claim they tried to contact me I checked my call history on all days and no phone calls were received. When I asked to compare call records the owner declined. I worry about the elderly getting ripped off by this company or people that do not know how to research these products.
Don't bother. I know more about heating than these guys. Just a bunch of salesman.
Zimmerman has done a great job of maintaining my furnace, ac and hot water heater. They stand behind their work and respond quickly in emergencies. I had a new hot water heater installed 16 months ago and it developed a leak at the relief valve ( manufacturer's defect). They replaced it under warranty in less than 24 hours. Thanks Dan, John, and the whole team.
