Geothermal HVAC system was blowing lukewarm air and it’s July 4th and 90 degrees out. Took a week to get an appointment, but was efficient and not too costly.
The first person to come out to look at the old furnace after our basement flooded was pretty much moaning over what he had to do and was very unprofessional. We saw the owner at our house after deciding to get a new furnace over repairing the old one. He was great. The 2 that came out and installed the new unit were great and went the extra mile. I was able to pay at their office after a weekend instead of having to do so immediately that Friday, which was great. The person who was at the office and helped me with my payment was also very good.
Very happy with prompt, courteous service. Previously had them install a water heater when local company said there wasn't enough room for them to install one. I highly recommend this company!
Nick and Austin did a fantastic job installing my new HVAC system. They were professional and courteous. I asked a number of questions as the work progressed, and they were always willing to explain. I highly recommend this company.
I had interviewed and received quotes from various companies around town this summer. Overcashier was the most responsive and answered all of my questions - even after the initial estimate visit, Brady emailed me back quickly with responses to my questions. Nick and Austin were our installers and were very professional and kept all areas they were working on clean and tidy. Went over everything the day they finished the install and also took the time to answer any questions I had. I am so glad we decided to use Overcashier! I would highly recommend using them if you are looking for a new furnace or AC!

Brady, the salesman, was very informative of their product and services. Randy and his assistant, who installed the A/C, were very professional. They were here for about 6 hours and we hardly knew they were around. They cleaned everything when they were done and showed us how the new thermostat worked. We have used Overcashier & Horst before and we will use them again. I highly recommend them.
I attempted to install a smart thermostat in a new home - something I've done before with no problems. I was not so lucky this time. The wires going to the thermostat were too short and in the process of trying to get them to work with the new thermostat, a fuse was blown, leaving me with no heat overnight. I'm new to the area so I started calling HVAC companies for help. Overcashier & Horst was the company who was most willing to help on such a short notice. They did tell me they had a full schedule but would squeeze me in. The tech was here about half an hour, quickly identifying and solving the problem. They won my business for future annual tune-ups and HVAC repairs.
WE had our AC replaced August 1st during one of our hottest time of the year . Brady was our sales rep. and he explained everything to me . Matt was in charge of scheduling the install and he had us set for the next week as our current AC was not keeping up with the demand. We were leaving for vacation that week so the next day after we got back home they came out and installed the new AC unit. Nick and Austin were the installers and did an excellent job . They installed a new thermostat with a censor for the upstairs bedrooms and we have never had the upstairs feel so comfortable and cool . I highly recommend Overcasher and Horst you won't be sorry . Sales person was Brady very informative when you call i would ask for him great person to deal with. The installer's were Nick and Jake they did a stellar job i will continue too use them for our service's. They installed a furnace and A.C. unit and some duct work in 2 days the furnace they installed and had running same day they also provided space heater while they worked so your not cold your not gonna find another company like them Posted 1/13/2022
We just had Overcashier and Horst replace our furnace, hot water heater, and air conditioner. Outstanding service from the sale to the installation. They were so informative about all of our options and did not push to get the most expensive models. They installed all three in a day and a half. They explained every detail and addressed all my questions and concerns.
Fast, efficient, affordable. I have no complaints with the work or the workmanship. Our go-to HVAC Company.
Our 20 year old AC recently stopped working. We are a PCSA customer, so a tech came out the next day and determined it's time to replace the unit. Brady Grefe was quick to give us a quote, and after we ordered, he patched our current unit (free of charge) so it will run until our new one comes in. Brady has been fantastic to work with!
Randy along with Austin installed my new furnace and ac. They did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions that I had. It took 1 1/2 days because of the weather. Almost had everything done the 1st day though.
Very good at coming out when needed desperately. Last year our ac went out and my wife has MS and could not handle the heat. This year I just got out of shoulder surgery and they worked me in. Thank you!!
I chose Overcashier & Horst based on the solid Google reviews and the desire for Trane equipment. They put in a new furnace and air conditioner for our home. We dealt with Brady on sales. John and Logan handled the installation. All were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Our questions were answered. Our home was cared for. We expect this to be the start of a good long relationship with O & H.
The response time on the return call for an immediate issue on my furnace was unbelievable and so professional they knew my system, helped me through it on the phone without a service call. They are great I will always look toward them for my AC and heating needs.
