Did what I requested
As a local realtor, they have come to the rescue for me in a big way. They responded quickly, fixed the problems in my client's furnace and kept us on track to secure the sale. If their sticker is on a furnace of a home I am selling, then I know that system has had great support. I highly recommend them!!
Our AC went out during the hottest time of the year when repairman, Joe, came out and went absolutely above and beyond to fix our air conditioning. He was right on time and had creative solutions to fixing an unusual issue, I would recommend this company to anyone!
Not my first time using Brandon and won't be the last. 25 year old AC unit was running, but not cooling. I called first thing in the morning, in the middle of several straight 90 degree days, and got an appointment for later the same day. Workers showed up as promised and fixed it up as good as new. I really appreciate the same day service and their honesty in not trying to sell me a whole new unit/system.
Brandon installed a new air conditioning unit in our home about three years ago. At that time, they also installed a new thermostat. Recently, our furnace went out. We called Brandon, and a technician came out. After taking a significant amount of time to diagnose the problem, he stated it was a malfunction of the thermostat. He made a repair, but also suggested that an electrician should come out to check on the work, which cost us an additional service call that turned out to be unnecessary. As soon as the Brandon technician left, the exhaust flue pipe of the furnace started to leak. When I called Brandon to inform them of this, they refused to accept responsibility, saying the repair was not related. I suggested that the repair was necessary in the first place because of their faulty thermostat, and also that something other than the repair that the technician had done during his lengthy visit had caused the leak. This was not accepted at all. Brandon refused any responsibility. Think twice before using this company. They may solve one problem and just cause another.
By the way they drive their company vehicles I would not consider hiring this company for anything. They’re van drive recklessly almost causing several accidents.

I am changing my review after a in depth conversation with the owner of the company who has given me his word that he will do what is necessary to fix the intermittent issue I have. A couple weeks ago, a technician was send out to try and reproduce the issue but was unsuccessful. The follow up conversation that I had with the owner has reassured me that Brandon will support their installation and continue to follow up with me until the issue is resolved. Because of this effort, I am giving them a 5 star rating because many companies would not go to this effort to support their product. Brandon really does seem to care about their clients...
Honest service! Can say that some of Brandon's competitors offer services that are not always needed.
They installed a new HVAC system for us. They were the only company who saw things and did things without us saying anything. They were honest, on time, respectful of our home and safety protocols. They were also reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
I hired this company on the recommendation of a friend to perform a HVAC inspection prior to buying a home. I'm not certain what happened but the inspection report stated the HVAC system was fully functional and in good repair with years if not a decade plus of service life left. In reality, after taking possession of the home we found that the AC system was fully discharged and the furnace had a known, documented, "manufacturer settled a class action lawsuit over it" defect on the heat exchanger coating that resulted in it needing to be replaced the season after I moved in. I'd look elsewhere.
Our 23 year old furnace stopped working - Brandon heating was quick to get someone out to diagnose and to provide an estimate. Surprisingly, the estimate for a new furnace plus labor was less than what I thought so I was very pleased. Install was quick and the employees were friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Will be using them to replace A/C when that kicks the bucket.
We have been getting our AC and furnace checked by Brandon Heating & AC for years. When our 20+ yr old AC wasn't running they came out, checked and replace it quickly. Thank you for the fast and professional service!
Great they don't up charge you only give u what u need fair price. Get the service plan its a great deal
We have been a customer of Brandon Heating for over 20 years. They have always been proactive when servicing my AC even though it's old. Rather than jumping to the cost of replacing they tried repair. Yesterday I called for service as my AC went out. Since we have a service contract, that meant you move up the list for servicing. Because of COVID and the continued extreme heat, they were very backed up even for service contract customers. The manager, Harold, took the time to get on the phone and explain their situation. He was very apologetic and concerned, promising that they would do the best they could to get to my home for service, saying it could be two days. To my surprise, one of their technicians should up later that afternoon. However, whether they showed up that day or the two days as indicated, I would still give them a five star due to the way we were treated and because of the fine service I received over the last 20 years. There are a lot of Heating and AC companies out there, but Brandon is the best! Thank you and keep up the good service.
Terran and Ray did the furnace install. 2 different electrical guys hooked up the wires. We paid extra for the vent duct cleaning and another guy did the test on the duct system to ensure everything was good. It was a long day because my previous furnace was 30 years old but the whole team did an awesome job!
I would like commend the technologist that came to our home today. He was able to fix our problems & explain what he did. He saved from having to replace a 13 yr old furnace. Another company came in last week & all they seemed interested in was to sell us a new furnace. We’ll definitely be using your services from now
We have always had exceptional service from Brandon Heating! Jeremy and Jason do a great job keeping our older systems running with routine maintenance. And if we run into trouble, they provide timely and knowledgeable service. I highly recommend them!
