Ken is the man for any ac job! I had a full replacement on a duplex, that everyone I had quote it, was afraid of the job. I called Ken he answered immediately, gave me a very good price and got it done.
Big Boy came out to replace our AC unit. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend them.

Ken @ Big Boy came recommended to me by my realtor after I discovered the AC unit at my new home was well past its expiration. Ken picked up right away when I called, scheduled a time to check out the old unit before confirming it was shot and was ready to install a new RUDD unit a couple days later. He called to confirm the appointment and let me know when he was leaving so I could plan around my work. The unit came in well below any other HVAC/Heating & Cooling Service in the area, the work was well done, and he really helped answer any questions I had and could not have been more genuine and personable. I can confidently say if you are looking anywhere else but Big Boy you are doing yourself a disservice.
Big Boy home comfort is super responsive (no matter the time that I reach out to them) with great service and prices. Also, they are extremely trustworthy and don’t just try to sell new units. They will give you multiple options so you can make the best decision based off of your needs and budget.
Ken was beyond prompt for the estimate and offered a very competitive rate for the job I needed done. A central AC unit in our house that never had one! Two days later the job was done in one day! Installed a new thermostat, that was requested, at no additional install charge. Very upfront about pricing and communicated thruout process. It looks better then expected and we are ready for summer now!! No more window units here! Also offered a 10 year parts and labour warranty!!! Only place in the Kent area that offered that! I will recommend ken and his team to anyone who needs HVAC work!! Five stars all around.
Ken was amazing, called showed up next day!!!! We went over repairs options, ended up with new furnace and ac (do to age of furnace)!! 100% honest and upfront. Ordered and installed less than 3 days! Couldn’t be happier! Would 100% recommend to any friends and family!
