DO NOT rent or associate with this company. Their properties are terrible and not taken care of. When you do have a problem it gets fixed in the worst way possible leaving it have the same problem again down the road. If this is how they treat the houses they own then how will they treat yours? Highly recommend finding an alternative company. they are slum lords and bad for the community.
