Very Responsive, fast acting, and knowledgeable. I came home from 3rd shift to My A/C not turning on and I can’t sleep hot. I called Steve and he was able to come right over. He knew the problem with in minutes and was able to fix it in about a half hour. I will be a returning customer in the future.
I was very happy with the quality of service I received from Horton Heating. The technician arrived within a couple of hours from when I called (which was very important as it was nearly 100 degrees outside and my daughter was stuck in a full leg cast). The tech quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Our house was finally cooled down again by that evening and has worked perfectly since. It was a little pricy, but I'm not sure what the typical pricing on this sort of thing is, so I can't really compare.
Steve was very friendly and helpful. We have two different heating systems that both needed service and had other technician out that didn't address the issue or just wanted to replace the system all together. Steve took the time to understand the problem and fix it without costing an outrageous amount.
Steve installed a new water heater for us. His work was good & his price was fair !
Horton Heating took care of our water heater needs in a timely manner. Called in the morning and 3 hours later had a new water heater in operation. Great to work with and professional in what they do!

The heating system was not working and I contacted Steve Horton. He was able to put the job on the schedule and evaluate and remedy the problem. He was prompt to arrive to our home and able to diagnose the problem at hand and repair and service the unit. I would be happy to provide him with an outstanding recommendation for services rendered.

Horton Heating is the only company that will get my business in the Lima area. They are kind, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. Im very happy with the quality of the installation of my Heat Pump and Air Handler. Would highly recommend this company for anybody seeking repairs or new installations!
I made a phone call on Monday about water/sewer lines and Steve was able to come out that day to take a look. He was informative about the process and made sure I knew all the options. He took care of the problem and I am so thankful for that!!
We had to contact Steven on early Saturday morning because we had water and sewer backing up into r basement. He was at r house within the hr.. I would highly recommend his services and was very reasonably priced for his service,especially on a weekend!!
I got Steve's contact information from a co-worker. I'd never heard of Horton Heating prior to that. I texted Steve because we had some water damage around our furnace exhaust inside of our crawl space. Steve immediately replied and starting asking some diagnosis questions (the other guys won't do this.) Before he came out, he had a pretty good idea of what to expect. Within 3 hours he had replaced our faulty furnace exhaust/intake, installed a moisture trap on our intake and finished the job. Steve is very knowledgeable and values your time and money. He was very transparent with his billing and was reasonably priced. I have a new hvac guy now, that I can trust.
