Matt, Jon, and Gavin were excellent at getting the job done in a timely manner, and answering any questions we had. I couldn't have asked for a better team to get us back up and running with our AC. First of all, I cannot believe more people haven't left a review here. This business is FANTASTIC. They were the 3rd quote we received and not only were they by FAR the best priced, but they were also the only ones who did not try to use high pressure sales tactics. They were able to move the schedule around to get our air in before my husband had to leave the state for work. They replaced our central air (inside and out), our furnace and our hot water tank all in ONE day and did an absolute amazing job. They were on time and responsive, with great customer service. We recommend them to everyone now and will continue to use them until the end of time! Shout out to Patt, Matt and Nate for the suburb install!
We recently had your team fill our AC with freon. The technician informed us that it would take some time for the AC to start working, but a week went by and nothing happened. When we called to inquire about the issue, we were told there was another problem. As a result, we decided to reach out to a different company, and they discovered that no freon had actually been filled in the first place. Now, you are claiming that we didn't purchase a warranty with your company. Warranty for what? If the system was empty from the beginning. We paid $1800 for your service, which is a significant amount. People work hard to earn their money, and it's disheartening to experience this situation where it feels like we are being scammed."
Right Way got our new home set up with A/C quickly, and professionally. Bill, and Noah were always very transparent with the work being done in terms of a timeline, cost, and scope of the work. They are very friendly, and trustworthy - and when someone is doing important work in your home, knowing someone you can trust is on the job is invaluable! Thanks Right Way! Installed my new AC - Matt, Jon and Gavin got right on the job. Very professional and made sure everything was double checked. Very nice guys and felt comfortable with them in my home. Would definitely recommend.
My dad needed AC work done and MATT and NATE came and did an Excellent job!! MATT called before they arrived and were right on time & they were very nice, courteous & very professional! They checked the system to make sure everything was working properly before they left. MATT made sure to show how the newly installed thermostat worked too.
Used Right Way twice now and I have to say from the front office staff to the technician’s everyone is fantastic! High quality work and amazing response time. Earned my future HVAC business & glad I signed up for the annual maintenance package! 😊 Brenden & Merilyn were specifically who I interacted with and they both are great employees to have! Matt and Nate were excellent. They asked questions early and then went to work. Once installed, they walked me through everything and made sure they answered all of my questions. I'll be a customer for life with them because of Matt and Nate's service.
Matt and Noah were fantastic technicians. They took on a very difficult job as our home is from the early 1900s and it was not an easy task to install new air-conditioning systems where none was installed before. They were incredibly professional and worked until the job was done to the highest standard. I would highly recommend this company, and especially these two guys, to anyone we know in need
Austin and Noah did a great job replacing our furnace quickly and easily. Left the area cleaner than they found it.
I use to use them for everything. Anytime I needed work done this was who I would call. Well after sending them all my bussines and referring them to everyone. I was told it's not my problem after a issue with a new install. Let me explain. So I was building out a brand new store in Heath Ohio. I call them for a estimate to install hvac. They come in give me a estimate. The gc and I both think they county will consider this project a existing build. So I hire Rightway for the hvac. Well once Rightway goes to get permits the county says hey we are going to consider this a new build because the space doesn't currently have a bathroom. So now they require drawings. Great. Well the engineer won't accept Rightway way to install the hvac. Okay no big deal. I don't blame them for this. So I now have to get different estimates based on how the engineer wants it done. Okay no problem. Rightway unfortunately came in almost 30 grand more than the competition. That's fine I just have to hire the other company. Well Rightway already did some of the work. So I pay them 100% of that work. And the engineer draws up a way we can still use the system they installed. It was going to be re routed for the warehouse portion of the store. Awesome Right way comes in and finishes the work. They do not test the unit as they won't touch plumbing and this was a gas unit. So I get another company to plumb the unit. Come to find out the condisation pump they installed was two week. As there was about 45 feet of line 12 feet was going straight up. They installed a very basic home pump. So I call Rightway thinking you know mistakes happen no big deal. I thought they would take care of it. Nope I was wrong. Granted this is a brand new unit never used. They told me it wasn't on them and they won't help me out in anyway going forward with this unit. I would not recommend them anymore as they will not stand behind their work. I had to go to home depot spend $300 on a new pump to get this unit working.
Noble and Austin did an excellent job. It was a pleasure to have those techs from Right Way working in our home.
Matt came on time and was very professional and very nice. He found the problem and fixed it. He also checked to make sure the unit was safe to run and warned our family about the danger of carbon monoxide. Definitely recommend this company ! Thank you.
Noah & Matt did great! Sent this to some friends who prayed for my situation: Thank you for prayers. I'm working with Rightway furnace co here in Grove City. They're doing a great job. They charged me once ($79) on Jan 28, the 1st time they came, but said if they had to be back within a short time, like a couple months (!), there would be no charge. I had them here 2c this week, including yesterday, at no charge. I spoke with the sales guy yesterday am & ordered my furnace. It's coming this am. It's a reasonable price, which includes installation. It's also an updated version of the one I have, & it's the same size as well, which makes installation simpler all around. It's a family owned business. The guys are very professional & seem to know their trade. No, I'm not getting a break for a good endorsement. God answered prayers! 👏🏻 Julie

We needed an hvac company to come out and give us an estimate on some furnace ventilation work as we were having our roof replaced. Everyone, from the office staff to the installers, was polite, knowledgeable, and timely.
Austin & Noah expanded an intake vent, incorporated my humidistat controls into the thermostat and moved the thermostat. They talked the job over with me, took suggestions, executed the work and cleaned up in a very timely manner. Really polite and thoughtful workers!
Brendon, Matt, Noah, and Austin were professional, polite and efficient. Scheduling was quick and convenient and Marilyn was helpful and responsive with all of my questions. We are pleased with the new furnace and duct work, they look and work great! We will definitely use Right Way again in the future.
I had a new water heater installed from Right Way Heating and Cooling. Brendon and Matt gave me a call to let me know they were coming, and arrived on time. The job was completed in a professional, timely manner. And they cleaned up after the job was done. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
