I am beyond pleased with the services Morris provided for my mother at her house. They replaced her entire heating and air and with an exceptional price tag. The team was courteous and professional. They cleaned up 100% of any mess made, so my mom would not have to. And they even completed some minor landscaping around the new outside air unit. I highly recommend their services. They are outstanding!
The entire process from start to finish was wonderful! The guys that installed kept us informed with what they were doing and cleaned along the way leaving no trace of their work behind.
The personal were very Curtis, and did a great job and in a timely manner. They also took time to explain everything.
I needed an HVAC system replacement and was provided three options with varying features, efficiency, and value. The installers were very professional. They laid drop cloths throughout the house where they were walking and hauling in equipment leaving the house in the same condition as when they arrived. The system was installed within the stated timeframe and operating as expected. I recommend Morris Comfort Systems for all your HVAC needs.

I called at 7:40am with a furnace issue and Rick (technician) from Morris Comfort Systems was on-site at 8:15 to diagnose problem. I was presented with options for my 20+ yr old system. Promptly received a fix and I am likely to have Morris install a new replacement system in the future. The communication is outstanding. Rick and the folks at Morris Comfort Systems, you rock!

Removed old system and installed new GEO system.
We have always been very satisfied with all the work we have had them do. Heating or plumbing. Everyone from the receptionist/scheduler to the service personnel know their job and get it done. Hopefully we won't need their services for a while, but if we do, they are the one we will call!!
Morris delivered professional workmanship and excellent customer service during our system installation. Our install was competitively priced compared to other companies for the same installation. Morris provided a number of options for us to consider with different price/value benefits. Would definitely recommend them.
Our air conditioner I called at 8 am and they had a technician out at 930am that morning. Unfortunately, for us we needed a whole new unit. Morris told me that it would be about a week, before they could fit us in a new install. They were there in 4 days (including the weekend) to install a new unit. All the guys that came to our house were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

I use Morris Heating & Cooling all the time for my maintenance. They are on time, fast, friendly, professional. No matter who the technician is, they have all been great.
Our furnace went out on a Thursday evening. We called at 8:30am the next day, and Morris had someone out to do a temporary fix by 9:30. We were given options on what size/type of furnace and a/c unit to replace the old one with. The equipment came in a week sooner than anticipated. The installation was quicker than expected, and the guys left my basement cleaner than it was when they arrived. Highly recommend! We'll call again if we need help.
I am very pleased with the service I received. The repairmen were polite. They were respectful of my home and did not leave any messes. They were on time and did a great job. I will be a customer for for life.
