Worker rear ended me in McDonald's and blamed it on me after cussing me out. BEWARE
TOP NOTCH! Excellent customer service with Todd. Within a half hour, he's at my house, diagnosing the problem. He had my part in stock, so with less than 45 min he's got my furnace repaired, and warming. Same with my fireplace, he is on the ball!! THANK YOU!
Great work fast service
they advertise 24/7 so i called on a sunday evening when our air conditioning stopped working and the man who answered was very rude and non responsive. I asked about the soonest we could have someone out and the cost and all he said was “okay” repeatedly and they can call me when they have an opening... all in all, we’ll pay another company for service because their customer service sucks.

Called him to look at our A.C. unit that wasn't running, he was rather unprofessional on the phone, he showed up and found the problem, refused to work on it because the unit was "to old", proceeded to tell my husband how to fix it himself, told us we needed to just get a new unit. He was practically running to get in his van, and as he was getting ready to leave said "now make sure you go leave me a bad review" so thats exactly what I'm doing. I have never had a repair man show up and be so rude and unprofessional, and After calling a friend (that has no knowledge of working on A.C units) to see if he could help us out, he had it fixed and running within 5 minutes of being here. So if you are thinking of calling this company, just save your money and call a friend, because this man won't want to do the work.

Came out to replace ac condenser fan motor in April. Wired it backwards. Just got hot the last few weeks ac wont keep up came over said the furnace was to old refused to work on it at all. Still charged for service visit said he went over the ac unit. Turns out after talking to different HVAC professionals he put the wrong fan blades on so it sucks air in the wrong way. Would not recommend very bad attitude lack of professionalism and poor quality of work. If the unit isnt close to new he doesnt want to be bothered.

Was having trouble with my AC unit not blowing cold air, All Seasons HVAC came out and quickly identified the problem. It was more cost effective for me to replace my unit considering the issue, they were able to schedule me very quickly for a full installation with no hassle.

Todd has been out to fix my a/c in the past. I found him to be honest and efficient. Having issues with my furnance I called and he walked me through over the phone. I now have heat. He will have my business should I have any a/c heating issues. Thanks Todd I appreciate your help.
Knowledgeable and competitive pricing
SERVICE FAILURE. He came by on Friday to look at my boiler that was not functioning... I had a broken sight glass... He didn't have any way to fix that and refused to do any further work until sight glass was replaced. Todd specifically told me that he would finish the work after glass was fixed and told me I could call him anytime Sat or Sunday. BTW... The hours posted for the service are supposed to be 24/7! So I drove to 30 miles to Dayton for new sight glass and did that repair myself. I called twice Sat morning and afternoon... No answer... No call back!? If Todd would have told me that he could not handle the job and or wouldn't be able to do the repairs on the weekend or at all... Or at least call me back and tell me he is not able... Instead of ignoring me and leaving me hanging... I would have known to call another service... But because of the incompetence and lack of basic concern... My family will just have to freeze all weekend... He obviously couldn't care less... Thank you Todd!
I purchased a new HVAC system from All Seasons Heating & Cooling and couldn’t be more happy with their service! They found the best unit to meet my needs and budget and arrived on time. There were no hidden costs, I paid exactly what was quoted and they cleaned up all through the installation. I like the service plan they offer as it’s inexpensive and saves my time and keeps the system clean. I did a lot of research before choosing them and it was worth it as they offered the best deal with excellent service.
Todd did a great job. He was able to get on the job in a hour on a Sunday and the job done in no time at all.
Todd responded to a Saturday evening call within 20 minutes. Extremely professional, taught me a few things about my furnace and had heat returned a few minutes later. Very fair price. I will be using them on my next maintenance and pro-active service. Great job!
