Water heater broke Friday night (of course!). Called Rick's for a repair service. The heater was fixed the next day in a very quick and professional manner- thank you, Rick!
Very friendly and professional, prices very affordable. Rick was on site the entire time of installation, and answered all my questions, they even registered my equipment so I didn't have to worry about doing that. Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

We called Rick on a cold Saturday day before Christmas around 11 o’clock and he got out at 2 o’clock to take a look at our furnace that wasn’t heating properly. He quickly identified what was wrong, repaired the part, and got the heater back to normal all within 30 minutes. I have already signed up for his annual service and plan to use him for all future heating needs.
Called them the morning of the blizzard of 2022, they came out that afternoon and got my furnace back to fully heating my home, preventing possible disaster.
Our CO monitor in the house was reading 45 and Ricks came with a CO detector and determined our garage heater had a cracked heat exchanger. They told us to turn it off immediately. Thank you for coming within an hour after we called. Ian was very professional.

My ducts were ripped out and Ian was hero crawled under bad fixed them in no time. The other guys refused to even suggest it was the vents and diagnosed everything wrong. I could have froze this winter but my family and I are warm this winter because of Rick's Affordable Heating.
Great place with really good prices, my furnace went out so i put a service request at around 9pm, got a call at 10pm that same night and had heat on by 11pm, really amazing experience, friendly, professional and knowledgeable, gave very helpful tips on furnace maintenance, 10/10 would recommend to anyone in help with their heating
Furnace went out and they came within a couple hours and fixed it. Was in a bind since I had an appointment at 1 and was so grateful they were the only heating company that made the time to come and help even though they were busy. Will definitely call them again if I need service and recommend them to everyone!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!
Rick has done a great job installing both a furnace and AC unit on a couple of my properties. He makes the whole process easy and painless!
They installed whole house air conditioning .whenever they promised they would do they did. Very professionally young men doing the work. I would highly recommend them
Very prompt! Came out the next day and was there before their time slot!! Thought price was a little high, but it was worth it! I have a 5 week old baby in the house and needed heat asap after a previous guy skirted out on me and didn’t finish the job. Definitely would recommend yo anyone and will definitely be using them in my future! Thanks again for your service

Highly recommend Rick!! Our A/C stopped working on a Friday of a holiday weekend. We had another company come out to tell us they had to order a part and there wasn't anything they could do for 4-5 days. With the forecast in the 90's for the next few days I began to seek out another option. At that point it was 5pm on a Friday evening. After many calls and attempts with other companies, Rick answered our call immediately. He was able to come out that night and fix the issue! His sympathy and willingness to help has earned a returning customer.
I've used Rick's Affordable a few times now. He is always on time and professional. He explains what is wrong and gives me options to fix it. I would trust him for any of my home repairs. He can get very busy at times, but still makes a quick service call if I have an emergency. He's honest and has integrity. No complaints.
HONEST.....THOROUGH.......VAST HVAC KNOWLEDGE.....TRUST WORTHY....DEPENDABLE We originally came in contact with Rick @ Ricks Affordable Heating & Air thru our home warranty company. We recently bought a home & the previous owner was TERRIBLE at the upkeep of the home. So we were having trouble with the central air system. Choice dispatched Rick to come check out our system. He called to let us know he was on the way & when he got here he was friendly but also got right to the job. He actually didnt find anything wrong but gave us some GREAT tips on how to keep our system running smooth for a long time to come. FF to a few weeks ago. It got realy hot in the house & we thought it was the system again. But upon contacting the tech dept for the unit we discovered it was actually the thermostat that was malfunctioning. So after calling Choice back, they resent Rick back out. (We had purchased a new thermostat & had it ready for him to look at) He arrived prompt just like last time & again very friendly & personable but still got right down to business. He removed the old thermostat & put the new one on. But it did not turn on. Rick took the time to figure out what was wrong with it & not only figured that out & didnt leave until he made sure we were back up & running! Which Im pretty sure any other tech probaly would of just given up. But not Rick. The old unit took batteries but this new one had to be hard wired. He REALLY took the time to make sure all the wires were connected properly & had the power unit # that was required to operate at its full capacity. And he also took the time to program the confusing settings on the thermostat & showed my husband & I how to operate the new one. (Which he wasnt required to do) but we sure did appreciate it! This new unit is a Honeywell T10 w/ wi-fi, touch screen & the Redlink sensor system with the individual room temperture sensors. (Choice wouldnt cover the actual thermostat but were not surprised. But that wasnt Rick's faul
