Dave arrived on time for the annual spring inspection of our Furnace, AC & Water Heater (2022). We anticipated the nearly 30 year old units would need to be replaced and Dave identified problems. Shirley emailed the written proposal later that same day. We scheduled installation and one week later Dave and Tyler completed the job. We had Heat & Hot Water the first night, which was much appreciated. They worked 2 long days and completed the installation of the new equipment and removal of all old units. Dave walked me through the operation details I need to know and we are 100% confident we have reliable Heat, AC and Hot Water for years to come. That's a load off my mind. Professional, knowledgeable, prompt, experienced and all around good folks. I strongly recommend Perrysburg Plumbing, Heating & AC.

I had a problem with my AC after hours on a Saturday evening. DJ responded to my call immediately and was at home in less than an hour to fix everything! Wow, we will forever be using Perrysburg Plumbing & Heating!!

Zach did a great job diagnosing my AC problem which turned out to be the thermostat. I bought one at HD for $30 instead of the expensive one he offered. But he took the time to show me how everything worked. He also serviced the ac unit outside, which I requested. The bill was pricey but I was expecting that as I was informed up front about charges. Still, considering I didn’t even get the thermostat from them over $400 was a bit much. But he did top up the refrigerant and clean the coil. great quick response and impressive service from Zach. I would have given 5 stars if the value was better.
This company is awesome! Always professional. Zach was out tech both times and he's been great at actually explaining what's going on. Price is very fair and high quality.
I keep forgetting to give you guys an awesome review. Lol. I just wanna give the secretary a wonderful thank you for answering my questions and getting a guy out there the same day. Dylan, you are one hell of a plumber you are professional, you took your time to find the problem. You are upfront with everything. Done an excellent job. I’m definitely looking forward to you to do more projects at my home. Thank you all for helping me after I’ve been trying to get others out here all they did was give me the run around and yet y’all came out and took care of us! Thank you once again!
We requested a quote for water pressure. Plumber came in and he checked valves and water pressure in bathrooms. None of the bathrooms had any leaks or drips. After he left, I noticed a slight stream of running water in the half bath. I tried to turn the water off and the valve/handle was broken and would not shut off. This was reported the following day because it was not immediately noticed. Shirley made a point to question this and stated her plumber did not break the valve/handle because they had photos (taken before the fact). What kind of plumber leaves a house with water running and no mention of the breakage? We weren't looking for a new fixture; just a business that doesn't argue when they accidentally break something.
Responded promptly to my online service request and offered next day appointment to inspect a leaking widespread faucet set that was installed in the mid-1990's and not of domestic manufacture. Quickly found the correct cartridges and returned that same week to make the repairs for a charge slightly lower than another plumber who had not correctly identified the needed parts. I will use this service, again, and would recommend to a friend.
I needed a stove gas line relocated on short notice and they were able to come out promptly. They did a neat, quality job, and were professional. I would use them again!
I called Perrysburg Heating and Air at 4 o'clock to inspect and possibly service are large commercial dehumidifier for are indoor pool. They scheduled an appointment for the very next day and service tech was there in the morning. Perrysburg Heating and Air ended up saving are hotel a bunch of money!! Great job by Dylan late last Friday! He unplugged my kitchen sink, installed a new facet and garbage disposal, also. He is a super professional. If I need plumbing, I’ll be back with Perrysburg Plumbing and Dylan.

We called Perrysburg Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning after hours on a Friday night when our furnace went down. With cold temperatures, and young children in our house, we really appreciated the prompt service. DJ was at our home within 30 minutes and quickly addressed and resolved our problem. The estimator was very professional and explained things in detail. Even with senior discount and $1000 promotion they were still by far the most expensive. Apples to apples they were $4000 higher than my best est and $2500 above the other even with the discounts. To your response that I must be confusing you with another company. I scanned the QR code from the thank you card sent by Perrysburg Plumbing to give the review. Whether you do or don't give a senior discount this is what I was told by the estimator that came to our home.
