Do not use this company! Mike came out installed a new ac unit April 14 and unit has not worked. Came three weeks ago rigged it and now it’s broke again. He’s telling me to call someone else to get it fixed and leaving me thousands of dollars out on a new ac unit again do not use this company as you will be left high and dry
AC stopped working and had recently received great service with my furnace so naturally I called K&K for that too. The technician Matt Alflen was here right on time, early actually, and took care of it! Had to replace a part that had gone bad.. took time to explain what happened and its purpose for the system to function. I really like this company because I feel they are fair and not out to take advantage of someone like myself who has no clue. I have and will continue to refer them to anyone who is looking for a provider that keeps it straight with you.
Very respectful of not tracking mud into the house. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Give him a raise!
George was fantastic. He explained everything as he was doing the work. Serviced bother furnace and air conditioning. Great service and reasonable price.
Prompt service. George found the problem right away and also corrected another issue from a previous repair. Highly recommended.

K&K Heating and Cooling was one of the best service experiences I have dealt with in a long long time. Our technician George Zarycki was very very knowledgeable of his trade, and was very very professional, friendly, and courteous.
Matt was professional, on time and quick to fix the issue with our AC unit. He took the time to walk me through each step he was taking to find and correct the issue as well as providing the “why” to the issues and the corrections.
Mike was very informative for me being a first time home owner… knowing that he gave a very detailed view of what consists of the job… and prices seemed very reasonable.. thank you Mike
Eric was early (fine w/me). He seemed to know what he was doing. Was friendly and professional. Everything was fine but the HVAC is fairly new so I did not expect anything to be wrong.
Post JUN-2023: Since 2020, K&K Heating and Cooling have completed HVAC maintenance on my Trane heating & cooling system. Pleased with the thorough professional service completed by the technicians. ===== Post AUG-2020: K&K Heating and Cooling is a family owned business, and an authorized dealer for Trane heating & cooling systems. I received excellent customer service and professional technical service from K&K. In Summer-2020, I needed to replace both heating & cooling in my home. I conducted research on a multitude of heating & cooling systems. I selected Trane, a made-in-the USA manufacturer. Keith, the K&K owner, helped me right-size the system for my home, and customize the unit with an appropriate humidifier and air-filter system to meet my family needs. New, larger ducts installed to address issues with "cold zones" located in areas furthest from the system unit. My technicians (Don & Duane) arrived on time every day; treated my home as if it was their own; communicated well with me, the customer, on the action plan for the day; followed COVID-19 protocol; demonstrated exemplary teamwork, and completed the job early (2 days instead of three). I was very pleased that the office staff completed all of the paperwork and submitted the warranty forms to Trane. Six months later, in December, after 2 snowstorms in a winter forecasted to be cold, I am enjoying a warm house with 25% lower heating bills. (I do follow energy-savings guidelines). To keep my Trane warranty "Active", I plan to retain K&K Heating and Cooling as my maintenance service provider.
Trustworthy HVAC company. Have had routine check ups done for a few years now. The techs are professional and informative, do not upsell repairs. I had my AC checked early April, when the outside temperature was too cold to get an accurate refrigerant reading. K&K had a tech come out to re-check the levels for no additional cost once it warmed up. Have not needed any repairs yet but would not hesitate to use them. Will is a great tech.
Have beem using K and K Heating and Cooling for several years. Technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. I really like the feature of having the picture of the tech sent to me so I know who to expect. They always arrive within the appointment window, sometimes earlier when possible. Preventative maintenance costs are on average with competitors. Techs always explain everything clearly and never try to sell me something I don't need. I recommend them highly.
As always K and K heating and cooking are the best! They are always on time and very professional! Their technicians are always super knowledgeable a d explain things so anyone can understand them!

I am really amazed at the quality and price of K and K! George did an awesome job, and the price was very reasonable. They didn't come in and do what didn't need to be done, if you get what I'm saying. They came in, assessed the situation and went right to work. When I asked questions, they gave me upfront answers and didn't beat around the bush. I'm extremely satisfied with this company and the technician, George. Whenever I have another heating/cooling issue, I'm calling K and K ASAP!

Very knowledgeable techs, they fixed a very strange furnace issue I had that 2 other companies were unable to fix. This essentially saved me thousands of dollars because the other company recommended a very expensive fix that wouldn’t have even resolved the issue Anyways

This place is absolutely amazing!! I felt comfort from the moment the young lady answered the phone and through all the text messages of them letting me know who my technician was with a photo and when they would be arriving. Matt A. showed up and got right to business. Extremely helpful and professional and will recommend to anyone who asks about HVAC! Thank you!
