Mike was a great communicator from the start. He was punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, and expert diagnostician. I was so happy with Mike that I had him back for a smart thermostat installation several days later. Mike’s pricing is fair, and by the time he left the second time he was like family. Will definitely recommend him to family, friends, and neighbors. Will definitely rehire in the future if/when needed!

I dealt directly with the owner and he came out after normal business hours and had our furnace up and running within an hour after arriving all for a reasonable price. 10/10 I would recommend!

Fantastic service very honest wonderful work very reliable. He was to our house within the hour helped me and my father with our AC unit and heater. Mike came early and was very friendly and courteous, also very neat and professional. Repaired my heating/cooling unit very quickly and had me back in business in no time. The price was very fair and i have been using Element heating and cooling for my business, home and other family members. Mike is a miracle worker. I had another company before him who told me I needed a new furnace. I called Mike for a 2nd opinion. He had it up and running in 10 minutes and it is still going strong.
