They properly diagnosed and addressed our problem and fixed it immediately. I could not recommend them more for their professionalism and service.
Jeremy is was great! Very helpful,knowledgeable and clearly enjoys his craft. I had 2 other HVAC companies who misdiagnosed the problem with my air conditioner. Jeremy figured out the actual problem right away. Don't waste your time with anyone else call them FIRST!!!
Jeremy was so thorough and service was excellent. As a 30 year old woman who doesn’t know anything about AC repair or maintenance, he was incredibly knowable and informative, explaining everything to me in a way I understood. I’ve had issues with our AC before and the repairmen from other companies that have come out did not do nearly the job Jeremy did with addressing the problems. Pricing was also very reasonable compared to other companies I have used before. Overall Balanced Air will be our new go to for heating and cooling needs!

Balanced Air serviced our air conditioner. They did a great job. They arrived on time and called when they were on their way They performed all the necessary maintenance procedures and explained what we should be aware of, considering the age of our unit. After they left, we received a follow up review of recommendations and quotes for these services, should we wish to persue them.
Jeremy Hall is awesome! He is knowledgeable, precise, honest, and punctual. I have had balanced heating and cooling replace my furnace, install new thermostat and performed maintenance checks on HVAC and heating systems for a year now, and I am very pleased and highly recommend this company to all who need HVAC and heating service!

This company should be the standard that all other heating and cooling companies are measured against. I simply cannot emphasize how knowledgeable, caring, and attentive they were when I called to have my non-functional AC system checked out and repaired. They took the time to clearly showcase the issue and explain the solution, being 100% transparent with what they were doing in the process. All the while maintaining a friendly and personal demeanor with me. The pricing and quality of work was phenomenal and ensured them as my go-to heating and cooling service.

Jeremy was recommended by a close friend. Called him at 4 p.m. Furnace problem. Was working on it by 6 p.m. even tho I mentioned the next day or 2 would be ok. He didn't want us to have a cold night. Very honest and professional. Fair pricing. Jeremy knows his business. Educated us. We will have Jeremy install a new HVAC system in the near future. No need to check anyone else out. Good guy. Great service. Can't ask for more.
