Very professional and experienced
Same day response was very appreciated. Their techs were on time, courteous and very qualified to diagnose a difficult control problem. I would highly recommend them and will call again in the future.
I cant say enough how easy & professional Shaw was to work with. Kristen took great care of my on the scheduling end, and Ethan was professional/mannerly and very knowledgeable in explaining the fix for us. Great service and will share my recommendation!
Excellent care and repair, from Jared and his Team, I have to say that I feel peace of mind, knowing that any Heating and Air Conditioning needs are professionally done. As a home owner, I appreciate that very much. I have know this company for six years and highly recommend them to my friends and co-workers. My friends still thank me for the introduction to them.

Shaw installed my furnace about a year and half ago and I had continuous problems with it. They came out and repaired it with new parts on 2 different occasions (and charged for both the part and labor each time), but the furnace continued to quit for no apparent reason. They stopped returning my calls so I hired another HVAC company. The new company discovered that the furnace was installed incorrectly. After the new company made the adjustments, the furnace never quit again.
I can't say enough about this business! Waking up to a furnace not working is a nightmare in itself, but as soon as I called SHAW I was greeted by the receptionist who was so helpful and kind. Within no time a gentleman named Issac arrived and did exceptional work, all along he was very respectful, knowledgeable, helpful and just a nice person overall. Very satisfied with this company and will continue to contact them if issues arise. Thank you SHAW!
The guys who have done work for my place through Shaw have been over the top kind and courteous, great at explaining the issues and keeping us up and running. They had a quick response time when our furnace went out. Would recommend them to family and friends!

Interesting how these reviews all appeared about a month ago. We had posted our review on Yelp 6 weeks ago, but it was taken down. We did not have the same experience with this company. Quite the opposite actually. They do not return their phone calls nor keep their appointments. I would recommend a different HVAC company if you want reliable and consistent work. They would be a bad choice if they were needed in the middle of winter for an inoperative furnace.
On time and reliable. Great service with professional attitudes. One of the best prices in town. Knowledgeable service technician and caring owners. I highly recommend this company.
These guys are awesome... we had to call after a different company charged us 500 dollars, it didn't fix it, and then said it would be 3 weeks more to get a part. Michelle and Isaac were understanding, helpful, and amazing! They fixed the problem for a fraction of the cost too.
Showed up and were ready to go at the designated arrival time. Both service men were very friendly and easy to talk with and had the knowledge to answer any of my additional questions. Pricing for the task at hand was competitive and installed in a very timely manner. I didn’t have to clean anything up afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone.
