This company is by far the best company I've ever had to work with. They have individuals who make you feel that they personally care for you as an individual and they speak to you like you've been a long time friend they've had for years. They give you multiple options and explain in detail of what you would need and also provide payment options if you're unable to make any upfront costs. The communication is great and the products they provide through the service is even better. Hopefully I can rely on quite a few years of a reliable new AC however, I know who to call if I have a problem in the future. Thank you for exceptional service.
Our a/c had to be replaced this summer and Luikart was quick to take care of all of our needs in a professional, courteous manner. I appreciate them from the sales staff to the technicians who came and installed my new A/C unit. Our family will always endorse the great service at Luikart!

The Luikart team did a fantastic job on all aspects of the experience. The initial salesman/estimate guy was honest and did not resort to any high pressure sales tactics. The admin staff that helped schedule the service were accommodating and helpful. And the installers were very professional, knowledgeable and careful during the install. The install happened to take place during a period of torrential rain but they laid down numerous walking sheets so that nothing in my house got muddy or dirty. They got the job done in very less-than-optimal conditions and kept me in the loop the whole time. Really excellent service!
Our furnace was found to be end-of-life in Fall2022’s maintenance cycle. Luikart was able to replace the system with a super energy efficient unit within a week. The new system is exceptionally quiet, with capability of continuous fan control. We are VERY satisfied. Although the repair was not expected at this time, it wasn’t a total shock as the system was almost 29 years old. We were confident to work with Luikart to update our furnace. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and professional throughout our experience.
Luikart Heating Cooling were able to complete an installation that another local company failed to do multiple times. It was well worth the cost to have it done correctly. Everyone was professional, friendly and did what they said they would do. I will use them again.

Several years ago we encountered some Luikart employees at my grandfather's house doing some maintenance for him. We have used them numerous times since and have always been happy. This year our furnace started to finally fail after lasting since 1997. After a few calls for repair that never lasted more than a few weeks it was finally time. We called several local companies to come out and give us an estimate. Our experience with that was quite terrible. One company that took my call never called back to set up a time to come over, another failed to ever follow up with a quote. The staff at Luikart was great from the time we called and scheduled us for the next day (to be fair we were an existing customer/furnace issue), which was unexpected. They were honest and forthright and were able to explain things in details that the others didn't. They were the only ones to walk around the house and look at heat loss instead of just square footage and the only ones to take the A/C unit into account for future blower capability. They were able to install the day after we accepted the quote and were done in a little more than half a day. The installation went smoothly and the installers were great. They explained what was needed in enough detail for my dad, who was here to let them in, to adequately explain it to me after. In short, I would recommend Luikart if you are in the service are for them!
Quick, fast, and quality replacement of if my furnace. Will have them out again to complete my remodel.
Heating system went out. They responded within 24 hours and replaced the unit within 24 hours. They were able to find a unit and get it shipped. The technicians showed up when they said they would, we’re very professional and polite. It was a job well done which is exactly what I expected from this company. They have never let me down.
