Lost power to my furnace after a power line was pulled off the house by a tree. Called the morning after the line had been fixed and I found the problem. They were booked for 2 weeks but they care out late that same day. Found the problem within 10 minutes. They didn’t have the part on their truck but came back at 8am the next morning and installed it. Best $120 I’ve ever spent. I was expecting $250-$300. They didn’t try to sell me anything else or tell me I needed extra services. I WILL use them again in the future. Very professional!!
Atrocious service. Stated replacing a cracked heat exchanger would solve my lack of heat in my home. Heat exchanger was under warranty so I had them replace it to the tune of $700 dollars. Woke up on the middle of the night to a 30 degree house which is not ok when you have a 3 month old baby. Called them up again, Jim once again came out, stated that the pressure switches were bad, needed replace. approved the work, 273 dollars gone. Stayed at the house solo this time, boom, no heat over the night. Next up "Must be the board". Almost 1000 dollars and three weeks later I still had no heat. I would advise anyone to seek service elsewhere lest you fall victim to "one part at a time".
My bill has tripled every since they worked on my unit. Very disappointed ☹️. Instead of fixing a problem they have caused another one!😡

Tryed to charge me 5 time want the part cost. Went down the street it over half the price. Tried to use local businesses but at that rate it's just a rip-off.
I contacted Lem-Aire to ask them to come and check my furnace since it's a new heating season and I'd noticed a couple of issues with the furnace in the past. I was able to get an appointment for the next week (I called on a Friday). A day before my appointment, our hot water tank pilot light went out and would not stay lit. I checked Lem-Aire's website and they also work on hot water tanks. I contacted them that day and asked if their tech could also check the hot water tank. They said no problem. They showed up on time and was able to take care of both problems the same day. Very professional and VERY reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
