Gutridge was the company sent by our home warranty service several years ago. We were pleased with the two service calls we'd needed, so once our warranty expired, we continued to call Gutridge for our HVAC needs. Each time their technicians have come out, they've been professional, courteous, & knowledgeable. The office staff has also been wonderful when we've needed to call. Keep up the great work!
I have relied on Gutridge for many different plumbing and electrical projects and because my experience with those projects was so great, I called them out to look at my older air conditioner unit that was not producing any cold air. I was honestly expecting the bad news that it was time to have to replace the system due to a tricky refrigerant leak and the age of the unit but Dan was so thorough in his troubleshooting that he not only repaired my unit, but I now have the coldest air I have ever had coming from my registers! I know the system will eventually need replaced but being able to extend the system a bit longer until we decide on some other home renovation projects was such a relief. Thank you Dan!!
Both service techs, Hunter and Bradley, were very responsive and performed the plumbing work as requested. They were professional and answered every question I asked. I give them both an A in service provided. Denny (Emeritus Prof. OSU)
My toilet was leaking and I called Gutridge Plumbing. They came same day and sent the best technician Mike Brunton. He was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to help me out. I know nothing about plumbing and he explained everything to me. He checked other things without me asking and fixed my tank. He is amazing and Gutridge is lucky to have him!! Thanks Mike!
Csaba, Chris, Brad, and Hunter are professionals to the utmost degree. They all went well above and beyond to help me find solutions to all of my problems. There is no one I would recommend more. I have the number saved and on speed daily. They’ll be who I call in the future!
Fantastic experience! Great communication and speedy installation with both our gas furnace and water heater at a reasonable price for both.
I had a large HVAC company come out to inspect my furnace and tell me the repair would cost about $2,500-$3,000. I was then told it might make more sense to just purchase a new unit. This seemed a bit suspicious. I got a second opinion from Gutridge and they were able to repair the unit for a fraction of the original quote. It is great to have a company that I can trust and does not try to oversell repairs.
We are regular customers of Gutridge HVAC but today was our first experience with the Plumbing side. We were very pleased with each step of the process for installing a new water heater. From scheduling which helped explain the pricing options of full service or purchasing a water heater beforehand ourselves. On the day of installation, Hunter and Brad called first thing with our service time and arrived as promised. They were friendly and professional and nicely answered all of my questions. The installation was completed within the stated timeframe and they took time to explain all the parts to me. They removed the old water heater too.
I've been very pleased with the quick response and reasonable costs.
First of all Gutridge provides preventive maintenance at my home every year for HVAC, which is setup through my home warranty company. So when my in-laws AC unit quit working I had to include Gutridge in my requirement of getting at least 3 estimates when having work done. They were not the cheapest estimate and they were not the most expensive ( I got 4) but their price was most competitive for the the equipment (Goodman) that they provide. From Tyler and Tom who provided me with the estimate to Ron & Tom who did the work in a home that’s at least 70 years old the process was very smooth and the whole HVAC system was replaced within a weeks time. Thank you Gutridge for your Price, Quality , Professionalism and Workmanship!!!
Fantastic service!
Jordan was very professional and helped identify the issue we were having with a leak. He was thorough in explaining what he was doing each step of the process. I would highly recommend this office for any plumbing needs.
Great service and fast delivery
This was the worst experience. Not only did the initial plumber not fix the problem, but the company then lied about services to my insurance company. Their character is terrible. They made no efforts to reconcile the problem. Jennifer (the lady who answers the phone) is one of the grumpiest and least helpful people o spoke with. Never will I use them again. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Response: the irrigation system was NOT the problem. If you would come see or actually listen to what happened. The main waterline INSIDE was damaged. Irrigation was not your job or problem to look at - and you did NO repairs to irrigation.
Called on a Monday for an estimate. Never returned my call by Friday Sent me to a voicemail of someone who was on vacation
I called in the morning and they were here before noon. They fit me in the schedule and everybody from Jessica to Jose were fantstic!! Thank you for helping me more than you know. Give you 6 stars if I could.
Extremely rude receptionist. Called in for an estimate for a plumbing issue and the lady was the rudest and wouldn't even set up an appointment.
Excellent quality & pricing
They never returned my call so they lost my business
I have used this company for several different plumbing issues over the years.. tonight I have water backing up in my kitchen sink, bathtub and the toilet will not flush.. the teach who called me says “ we dont do drains” and the piece is now 550$ for the first 2 hours of service after hours ! he pretty much refused to come and gave me the name of someone else to call. Since when do plumbing company’s not come fix a plumbing issue ?? The last time I used this company was way after hours I had water pouring Into my electrical panel and the guy was here for like 2-3 hours the bill was only like 300 bucks! This is the only reason I left 2 stars..when someone calls for emergency service how do you diagnose it over the phone and say “ we don’t do drains”
