I used Optimum Mechanical to replace my AC system. John and Christian did excellent work! John mentioned different options available and give me an itemized quote as to what is included for the job. The pride in workmanship shows. I will definitely be using them for any future HVAC needs.
Had a water leak from an outdoor spigot leak that caused water damage indoors. They came same day on a Saturday and did a great job for a great price! Really appreciate them coming out on such short notice and doing a great job!

We first had these folks in to remodel our bathroom. We've had them back to put in a tankless water heater and water softener. They have updated our upstairs bathroom. They are currently working on updating our kitchen and doing an update on a bathroom at our apartment. We have had John and Christian (and their father Juan) work on a number of projects through the years. We have found them to be honest, friendly and professional. I have recommended them to friends and family members... even though I'd like to keep them all for ourselves. I can't say enough good things about them. They are good to their estimates and clean up after themselves.

After my basement flooded and put my furnace out of commission, John was quick getting it back up and running, replacing the board. Haven't had any issues with it since. Will be using him in the future.
