I was charged by the hour at their normal hourly repair rate twice to drive to Dayton and pick up 1 thermostat under warranty because it was not in stock. I would think it is common sense to call the parts store to confirm the part is in stock. It just seems unethical to be charged 412.00 in service fees alone (including initial diagnostics fee) to replace a warranty thermostat that took no more than 1 labor hour. Otherwise, he was very friendly and did the repair satisfactorily.
They came and were very professional. Austin even had to wait 25 minutes for me to arrive. Austin was not rattled by that. He got the job done very quickly. I would recommend them to everyone.
The work they do is phenomenal always fast and job well done and courteous friendly people at this place its funny to see people with pocket protectors but that wont stop me from calling them.
Called to have my heat pump fixed, and they sent someone out the same day. They had my unit up and running in less than an hr. Would highly recommend them.

I had just gotten home from vacation, and my indoor temperature was 88°! The compressor motor needed to be replaced! Within hour they arrived, and shortly afterwards my air conditioner was fixed! This was at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon! I am extremely impressed and so very grateful!

As a new customer of Jent Mechanical, I couldn't be more satisfied. Air conditioner died during the summer and they responded quickly and installed new unit promptly. Merging new unit into old system required some ingenuity but that was handled well. When I called for pre winter service, once again they were prompt and competent.

Called and was lucky enough to get same day service. Within a few hours they called to inform us that they were on the way. Had furnace issues and luckily the tech had a new ignighter in the van and soon after we had heat again Thank u again for great service at a fair price
