Their communication was top notched from day one! They were very professional and very helpful in helping us understand what the problem was and how it can be fixed! They were on time, and did the installation without any disruptions! I will definitely recommend!!!

Great Service! Drove from Grove City to service late at night! Sean was very professional and polite. He is a hard worker and after a long day came all the way to Newark and got our AC working for the night! THANK YOU!!!
Absolutely terrible! Worked with them on a $14,000 home A/C project that they botched. They caused damage to my house and didn't finish the project but proceeded to charge my credit card for the full amount without even contacting me. I then tried to contact them several times but they ghosted me. 1) They sold me on a unit that was 3X bigger than what I could have possibly ever needed. 4 tons for 1300 square feet. 2) They failed a city inspection because of poor installation and charge me for the reinspection. 3) Incredibly sloppy work. See photos. That is how they left it. Messy, unsealed holes into the house, damage to building... 4) Their installer put a nail through a wire causing $1,200 in rework that they refused to pay. 5) When they were finished, the A/C was installed in a way that shook the entire house causing dishes to rattle as it ran. Please avoid. These guys are unprofessional, disrespectful, dishonest, and simply not good at what they do.
James was very professional and explained everything so that I would understand. He made sure everything was working the way it should. I will definitely use Paramount again in the future.
Great experience with owner Bill Brown and Matt Reed! Total pros! Bought membership and remote thermostat. I'm sure more service as needed in the future. Then Sean installed the Ecobee thermostat. Works great!

They came to fix my AC and wanted to charge $700 to install two capacitors. I bought the parts for $25 and did it myself.

I've used Paramount twice since moving into my house for issues with my ductwork. They was able to get me scheduled promptly and the technician arrived within the given time slot. Both times I got the same technician, Ian. He is friendly and professional. He got right to work and ensured the issues were resolved once work was completed. He took the time to clean up the worksite when he was finished.
In addition to the routine maintenance of my furnace, Ian Rowell was outstanding in getting my Nest thermostat and Nest app to work together again. He was professional, friendly, and very patient with me. Once he got the app and the thermostat linked back up he restored the settings I wanted to return to.

Second time I have used Paramount for installation services. The last home I owned they did such a great job installing furnace and a/c, that with my new to me home, once I moved and knew I needed my furnace and ac replaced, I knew right where to go. Extremely responsive on the phone, they really try to work around your schedule to help, the technicians are prompt, courteous, and if you listen, you may even hear them sing a little in your basement together while installing your furnace. Thanks Paramount!
Called Paramount when our AC stopped working this summer. The technician that came out offered three options, the cheapest being around $5000. The most expensive was a whole system replace my for over double that. We decided to get another quote. The second company let us know that the system was under warranty and we’d only have to pay for service which they didn’t even charge us for. HIGHLY recommend getting a second quote as you may be dealing with the same sketchy, inexperienced technician we had.
They installed a new furnace for us and explained whole process to make the heating and cooling more efficient. Our heater stopped working in middle of very cold days. They came in and took care of everything in 2 business days since we were approaching a holiday. Whole team of Paramount heating and air gets 5 🌟. Very professional and courteous team. They cleaned up the place very well after work was completed. They followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied. I would highly recommend their services!
Matt did the right thing. He replaced the faulty inducer motor in my old furnace. I am happy with the great work he did I couldn't be wrong with them. Thank you so much Matt
