Replaced octopus looking unit with all new high efficiency unit and added ac to my 1903 victorian farmhouse. Viking was great to work with, fast on time and explained everything. Highly recommend
I've had a lot of workers in my homes over my many years. These guys were courteous, friendly, wholesome, and focused. They kept me up to date on the installation. Ran everything and checked the stats before they left. Helped me set up the wifi thermostat on my phone and made sure I understood how to use it. The price was very competitive. I haven't used the a/c yet, but the furnace is running without issue. The owner gave me his cell phone number in case of any issues, even before installation. Right now they are doing the duct cleaning and these guys are as conscientious as the installers. I am a totally satisfied customer and recommend this company without any reservations.
Very scary driver driving a company car don't know who it is but their Van was going in-and-out of traffic on 35 Is going from Xenia to Dayton. I was going 62 in a 55 Whoever was driving the Van was going about 80.
Viking repaired my furnace during the recent cold snap. They arrived when they said they would, got the work done quickly. They did a phenomenal job and will be using them for all my HVAC needs. Very professional staff, answer their phones and get the job done. Could not be happier with this company and their quality work.
I just had a new system installed and I can't compliment this company enough. The service technician was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and offered multiple options from repair to full replacement with no pressure. The installation crew was friendly, polite, explained the entire process, worked diligently and conducted high quality work. A foreman/supervisor stopped in for an initial check on the work and informed me he would come back after the install to inspect the final install. The price I paid for a complete system (furnace and A/C with install) was lower than I anticipated and to me, a real bargain. Lastly, the owner is a pillar in the community. He pours a lot of money and support into the local school and community programs. He's a real gentleman and has a great crew. Support a local business and get the best product and service you can- hire Viking Heating & Air.
On November 7, 2022 I had Viking come out and clean the ducts in my house. The first 10 vents and returns come with the starting price than every additional vent or return is an additional $25. I had no issues with the price or the completed service. However, I felt the need to let other customers know that one of the techs claimed I had 24 vents and returns. Ironically, I walked the house with him as he was covering vents and taping returns and I counted 22. So when the other tech told me I was going to be charged for 24, I stated "I counted only 22, where are the other 2? So that tech and I went through the house and we counted 22 too. He immediately apologized and told me I would be charged for 22 versus 24. I'm not sure if it was an honest mistake or them hoping they could charge me an extra $50. Either way as a buyers beware double check their count so you don't get overcharged.
We used Viking to install our new furnace a few years ago and recently used them to have our air ducts cleaned.....they're AMAZING in every way! They're very responsive and care about your needs, they have a fabulous and friendly staff and even the owner cares enough to check in on the work to ensure it's done properly! I'd recommend Viking to anyone for their HVAC needs and/or air duct cleaning! Keep up the great work, Viking!
Make sure u get a price before they do the work I called them on a Saturday came out told me I had a bad capacitor took them 20 minutes tech did not have the right capacitor so he put 2 together and taped them up finished up then gave me a price of 522 dollars and 300 of that was for capacitor also made sure to let me know how expensive capacitor are well there like 20-50 dollars I understand markup to make money but wow that’s plain price gauging called 3 different places on Monday 1 was 187.00 another 242.00and 268.00 called owner he did not care will never use again!

Highly recommend Viking! From the owner coming out to quote the work to having a heat pump installed with all of the duct work we were very impressed. They were able to get it done before we moved into the house (within a week from the initial quote). Coming from someone that works in the trades that’s unheard of these days. Overall great experience and we will definitely use Viking in the future for any HVAC needs.
Just bought a house in Miamisburg that did not have central air or heat. Called Viking to come out and do an estimate. Jack already knew the house and gave us a very fair price. He texted me the day after asking if I wanted to go ahead and schedule putting in the system. He had his guys out 2 days later. Chris and the other service members were very nice and did a great job. Would definitely recommend!
Had Viking install a new furnace and A/C in my house and couldn’t be happier! Jack was great to work with keeping me updated along the way and his technician Fred got the job done in a professional, timely manner. Will be going here for all my HVAC needs from now on!
My heat pump stopped working. Called Viking and they came right out and diagnosed as well as showed me the problem. Estimated the cost to repair my old system. It was really old and not worth it. Denny confirmed my square footage and quoted a new Tempstar system. He explained everything in the estimate and was very knowledgeable. Fred and Bryan were expert installers and very detailed. They walked me through the system as well as the new thermostat. They were in and out in less than 8 hours! This is quite the team! I am very satisfied with my new system as well as the customer service I received. I would recommend them to anyone needing repair services or a new system.
Jack and his team are simply the best. We have used them for several years now to install new systems at our manufacturing company, and repair and install new units in our home and our rental. Highly highly recommend Viking!!!

Viking has now replaced our AC and Furnace in a span of 6 months. Naturally both systems died at the worst times (AC in mid summer) and our furnace (on a single digit night). With the furnace Jamie had to come out on both a Saturday and Sunday to help us keep the heat on. When I called on Sunday and told Brittany that our old furnace had died over night again, she sounded genuinely concerned. When we decided that it was time to replace our furnace, Jamie even offered to do the install of a new furnace that day (Sunday). However, we had heat at the time, so I told him we could wait and make do as others had lost heat too. He even offered his personal kerosine heater in case we lost heat again! Viking provides great personal service, and we have been very pleased with their help and expertise.
