Randy was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and figured out issue that wasn't exactly furnace related. They also moved things around to get to my house on short notice with furnace out and 25 degrees outside
I would not recommend this company. I needed someone to come out because I had no heat and the lady told me that they could not get to me until Monday that they already done their jobs in the north the day before,I am sorry my heat didn’t go out the day before. My heat went out on Saturday. Also she was rude. She also said that they would call me Monday to set up a time to come out and they have not. Oh that’s a lie that’s not what you told me on the phone. You said we’ve already done our northern area and I cannot get to you until Monday is what you said I don’t need your help anymore. I have canceled the job.

Service wasn’t completed. Tech was sent to my house when I was not home. Emailed and texted that I wouldn’t be there. No one responded to reschedule when I would be home.
The guys were very polite, sent a text to advise their way. Prompt, courteous :& quick repair.

They located and installed a hard to find mitor for our older A/C. Did good work.

Problem not totally solved. Will probably be calling back in a couple of weeks. Cleaned coils with a rag.
Serviceman was extremely courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Air conditioner was quickly repaired. It has been running great this week since the repair last week. Highly recommend

I appreciate these guys. Went out of there way and did a fantastic job. Needless to say, even when the home insurance is expired, I’ll still be using this company for my heating and air.
They were very pleasant but professional and took care of our issues. We had to reschedule several times due to rain but they squeezed us in ASAP.

Our AC Unit went out on us when when we first moved into our house. They came out and replaced the Unit with a brand new unit. This unit had some problems that we discovered over the next 2 months, but they were able to warranty out the parts and get us squared away. Frustrated it took 2 months, but they kept with us as the unit itself was faulty and not their fault. Appreciate the hard work and quick responses!
