Our A/C failed during yesterday’s storms and twisted power surge. I called during evening hours and by early afternoon the next day, we are comfortable again. I highly recommend. Professional and courteous, we’ll be using Tri-Den going forward.

Ken arrived on time and went directly to work. He started working inside with the thermostat wearing covers on his shoes. That’s a real plus! Outside he checked and cleaned the unit. Ken was very pleasant , explained what he was checking as he worked. He was neat and clean and when left so was the area he worked in. Very happy and will call them back come winter time.

Tri-Den replaced my old HVAC system with a higher efficiency furnace and A/C unit. Nick was extremely professional during the quote process. He took the time to answer all of my questions. The price was extremely fair and the Team doing the installation did a great job and also very professional. I highly recommend Tri-Den!
Nick and his team were wonderful to work with. Nick was very responsive in answering questions. They were able to come out to look at the AC the day after we called and had a new unit in place within 5 days of the order being placed.

Call to Frank on Sunday morning when the furnace was not giving heat. He was here within 2 hrs.and diagnosed the problem and we mutually agreed that he would return onMonday morning with the replacement motor. He came in early Monday morning and did the replacement and checked the system very efficiently. House warmed up and made me a very happy customer! Great customer service and workmanship.Kudos to Tri Den!

The furnace stopped working properly Christmas Eve. Frank tried to give us tips to fix it ourselves but when that didn’t work, he was quick to add us into a very busy day and fix the issue. Great service, professional and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again!
I was not shocked at all to find out these guys have 5 stars. Frank was a HUGE help in helping me figure out why my furnace wasn't working on Christmas Eve nonetheless. I will be using him for all my future HVAC needs. Thank you again Frank and Merry Christmas!
I can't say enough good thing about these guys. My furnace went out right before a massive cold front was about to come through and took care of me ASAP! Great company and employees!
