The service and professionalism at Ferrato's is wonderful. I was impressed with the technician's expertise, knowledge and willingness to answer all of my questions. I had the misfortune of using another company before I found Ferrato's -- now, I won't use anyone but them. I really cannot recommend them enough.

When I first called Feratto's, I spoke to the receptionist who put me in touch with Josh Bain who was exceptional front start to finish! Josh helped guide me in terms of which units I should have and where they should be placed. They were even able to fit me in the schedule earlier than I thought they would and accommodate all of our problems with solutions that worked wonderfully. All of the installers were very friendly and professional and Josh even stopped by several times to make sure everything was going smoothly. They explained how everything would work and helped us with all the set ups. They all went above an beyond my expectations! I would HIGHLY recommend them to ANYONE!

This was our first introduction to Ferrato's for a furnace tune-up. We had been using another contractor since we had them install our furnace 10 years ago. For 10 years we felt our Aprilaire was not working properly and we made a point of mentioning that to them, but to no avail. Today, Tony, looked at it and immediately informed us that indeed it wasn't working properly and what was wrong. Thank You, Ferrato's.

Ferrato's has taken care of our heating and cooling needs for 15 years. Their technicians are always on time and professional. Most recently, when our furnace wouldn't turn on, they were able to get a next day appointment for me. The technician diagnosed the issue, reppaced the problem part, and did a variety of safety checks after the replacement. Worth every penny.
Fast, efficient, professional service. I can always count on my furnace and humidifier to be in top shape.
