Doug and his team are nothing short of amazing. I've had to call Doug and his team multiple times and he has always been there to show up. Doug has had to maintenance by system when my basement was flooded as well as was the only person to make it over to my house during a snow storm. Recently I reached out to Doug because my AC/Heating system finally gave out. Doug and his team made sure that the job was done right. He did not rush to have the job done in one day and was able to explain what was going on throughout the whole process. We had a bit of an issue with the way one of our intake pipes were installed on the previous hvac system we had. Doug was very transparent and said that he would need an extra day to get the right part so it was done right. I'm very thankful for Time Savers' honesty! On top of doing a great install they had the most reasonable prices out of the 4 different quotes I had gotten for the replacement. The install has been great and wouldn't ever hesitate to call Time Savers anytime I needed them!

I have owned many properties through the years in different areas and used many companies to do this type of work. I will only use timesavers ever again. On time, professional, knowledgeable, but did not try to over sell more than needed. Quality work at a fair price isn't always easy to find these days

I had Doug out Oct 2020 to go over new System pricing and install. Best money i have spent as my bills reduced. Seth was out today for my spring maintenance tuneup. Total professional, courtesies , prompt and great customer service

Our furnace decided to give out during a very cold week. Gave Time Savers a call and let’s just say that was one of the best decisions I made. We use Timesavers Heating and Cooling for all of our HVAC needs- from routine maintenance to replacing heating or cooling systems. The technicians are always very personable and knowledgeable. Service is completed in a timely manner, and they are great about cleaning up the areas where they had been working. I would highly recommend the crew at Timesavers Heating and Cooling!
Needed help fast after our furnace went out during Record cold temps, close to Christmas with 2 little ones in the house. Timesavers provided the quickest response, and was able to install an all new unit within a couple of days. We are grateful!
We needed some foundation repair work done in Oct., 2021 which required the removal of the heat pump unit and move the unit into our garage for storage over the winter/spring. The unit could not be reinstalled until dirt from the foundation repairs had settled. I finally was able to have heat pump unit reinstalled 6/21/22. Doug was very responsive to my needs as the foundation work was weather-dependent, and required several cancellations and reschedules. He and his team ( Nicole in the office, and Tucker & Dalton for the install) were able to accommodate us with a 1 day notice! The company is very professional and the employees are very personable. My wife and I are very pleased with Time Savers, and will continue to use them for our future needs.
Called Time Savers after having a very bad experience with Knochelmann. Time Savers showed up soon after calling and quickly fixed our heating issue. Time Savers also contacted our furnace manufacturer and determined that all parts were covered by warranty! Our final cost came in far below that quoted by the other company who weren’t interested in fixing our 4 year old furnace and just wanted to sell us a new unit. We are telling all of our neighbors about our great experience with Time Savers and we’ll be using them for all of our HVAC needs in the future. Thank you Time Savers!
Everything from the initial phone call until the final installation of a new HVAC unit was smooth and professional. Doug (owner) was always there to answer my questions and provide options at a very fair and competitive price. Tucker did a great job on the install. I am extremely happy with the professionalism and honesty Time Savers provided and highly recommend them!
My sister’s wedding was right around the corner and out AC went out. My mom was supposed to be making the wedding cake but you can’t expect the cake to set right without AC. I frantically called and he was able to fit us in extremely last minute. He came over, diagnosed and fixed the issue so quickly!! I couldn’t have ask for more and our family greatly appreciated the high quality service!! Update:: Time Savers Heating & Cooling has been nothing less than fantastic!! Extremely flexible and very knowledgeable. Everyone that we dealt with at this company was pleasant and helpful. We have used Time Savers Heating and Cooling for a Hail Mary repair the weekend of my sisters wedding and most recently they installed a new system for us. After our first experience, I didn’t even call any other company for an install inquiry. 12/10 recommend!!

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Doug and his crew on a new HVAC installation. Not having any experience with local HVAC companies, I obtained quotes from a few different companies to replace my old unit. I am so happy I went with Time Savers as I think their work was outstanding. Doug explained everything so well and was efficient in scheduling the installation. He and his crew are honest, professional, and dependable. It's not easy finding this high quality level of service. I would recommend Time Savers to anyone with HVAC needs!
