Steve is the most reliable and knowledgeable HVAC professional we have encountered. Not only has he provided us with great repair service in the past, but he recently installed a whole new system for us. While he was installing and checking his work, he discovered a cold air return that was non functioning. Our house was built 16 years prior and this return has never worked. In his findings, it was discovered that this was never put in and was covered up. Steve was gracious enough to help us with this issue. We are so thankful for his service. Can’t speak highly enough of him. If you are in need of any repair or replacement, my husband and I recommend Efficiency Heating and Air above ALL others.
Nice guy came immediately to our rescue on Saturday, gave honey opinion, didn't do unnecessary work. Will definitely use their services from now on.
Efficiency Heating and Air has come to our home several times. Each issue was resolved in a timely manner. They always seem to fit me into their schedule. I appreciate Steves professionalism, his honesty and his quality of work. I have done several installs and/or repairs of my HVAC systems at our properties. I am always impressed and extremely pleased with every aspect of my install/service. They are always truthful, responsive, professional and punctual. I know I’m getting exactly what I need at a fair price. Because of what a great job he has done in the past and the person he is. Look no further for quality and honest service. I called one of the TOP TEN HVAC repair companies on Angie's list and after hundreds and hundreds of dollars, and multiple parts replaced they still left me with a furnace not operating and no heat for several days. They couldn't figure it out. I called Steve from Efficiency Heating & Air Conditioning for a second opinion. He fixed my furnace, reinstalled my original parts that were NOT defective and did NOT need to be replaced. We are now nice and toasty. Thank you Mr. Lynch. Awesome Company!

I absolutely recommend Efficiency Heating and Air Conditioning. I live in an apartment complex, and as soon as my air conditioning went out, they ordered the parts, and were already here the next day to install them. They came around 8:30, and were finished by 12:30! They also cleaned up everything and ensured my apartment was just the way I left it. Steve Lynch, the owner was incredibly nice, and gave me background information on how great his company is, and that they always go the extra mile for their customers. He even told me about a training he had in Houston where he got to visit the second largest manufacturing company. Steve was very knowledgeable about his work, and answered all of my questions with ease. Thank you so much Efficiency Heating and Air Conditioning! I will most certainly use you all again!

Steve did our a/c replacement last year and did an amazing job. We haven't had any problems with it and it runs and keeps the house cool with no problems. He also fixed or furnace and haven't had an problems since!

I had Steve and Andrew from Efficiency over to replace my heating and air systems and I couldn't be happier with the job they did! They showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. My furnace is tucked into a very narrow corner with my water heater which left little room to work and required some creative thinking. They were very knowledgeable and kept a positive attitude the whole time. They were also awesome about answering my questions and explaining what they were doing. They were very focused, worked quickly and ensured everything was done correctly. They were also very clean while they worked, laying drop cloths on the walk way and frequently sweeping up debris as they went along. After several different issues and run ins with less than honest people I am so happy to have someone I can trust working in my home(someone you can trust is hard to find). AND MY SYSTEMS ARE WORKING FLAWLESSLY! I absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of service! Skip the unnecessary steps and just call them first, they are wonderful! I just had a whole new heating & air system installed-I can't say enough about this company. They were prompt, friendly, clean-they laid drop cloths across their walkway-Steve was honest with me about what I needed AND efficient! The work was impeccable! Steve even sent me a link where to buy replacement filters so that I bought exactly what I needed. If you have any HVAC needs this is your company!! I highly recommend Efficiency Heating and Air Conditioning! We were having problems with the heating unit at our office and after two service calls with other companies where we never got the problem resolved, Steve came out and quickly explained the problem and our options. They were able to get the crane scheduled quickly in spite of it being such a busy (and cold) time of year.... since they had to get the new unit onto our roof. We appreciated their great communication and professionalism throughout the process. And Steve even replaced an outlet on our roof that was corroded and not working. When I asked if that was the reason our office sign hadn't been working he even helped us to figure out the problem with that as well (He came back to help us figure it out!) I will definitely be recommending them to all friends and family.
Efficiency HVAC did a great job on my furnace. I recently moved into a new house where the previous owner was a heavy smoker. I had efficiency come out to the house to give the furnace a once over to make sure every thing was OK. While I was talking with the service man,I asked if there was something that would help with the cigarette smoke. He suggested an iWave-R residential air clean (Ozone) to be installed on the furnace. I was a little skeptical at first but I went ahead and had it installed. I will say best thing I ever did. It took about a week but the smoke smell is completely gone.
Efficiency Heating and air was a complete blessing to me. The total bill was 50% less than I was quoted by another contractor. And when the job was completed the overall price was actually less than I was quoted & had agreed to. They came out the first day I called, quoted the price, & had the new Heat Pump & Furnace installed two days later. It only took about 5 hours for complete installation of both units. I have much better heating & airflow now. They remedied some issues that were pre-existing. All employees were prompt & very courteous, no smokers either. Thank You So Much!
Steve Lynch of Efficiency Heating was the only person out of five companies I called at 7 pm on Saturday (on the coldest night of the year so far) willing to come out to fix my furnace. My house was already 65 degrees and falling. Steve said he was putting his boots on as we spoke and would be right there. When he arrived he quickly found and fixed the problem. He was very professional and also gave me the feeling that this was just what good neighbors did. When I need work done on my heating/ cooling system again, Steve Lynch will be the first person I call.
We had a heating company tells us that we needed to spend $16000 for a new boiler for our church. I called Steve on the Saturday before Christmas and he ran over and had the old one fixed within an hour so that our Christmas service could go on as planned. He fixed what other companies told us was unfixable. He is our new heating and air contact for our church. I promise you that Steve is the first guy you need to call!

I had a large commercial job which was complicated and labor intensive, and needed multiple inspections. Steve not only provided the professional service I needed but was flexible and talked to me about my concerns and explained real world solutions and options needed to complete the job. No situations of errors or rework and wasted money ever occoured. Above all else I felt his service was fair and honest, with no questionable practices or double talk that you come across when dealing with many other companies. When you deal with Steve on a hand shake and his word, you can count that he means what he says delivering a dedicated effort to get the job done. Odds are you have stories about your worst experiences told over and over about the unethical people in the business, but with Steve you can tell others how you have now found the best. He is in high demand because of his personality and professional conduct. I highly recommend Efficiency heating and air for your new system installation needs or emergency services. It was actually hotter in the house than it was outside. Steve was able to come over same day, and about 20 minutes later, it was starting to cool back down. He did a great job of explaining what he had done, and how I can make sure that the AC is running at peak efficiency. Thanks Steve!
