Cleaned and inspected AC.
Great service, professional, very responsive. Have been using for years. They have serviced and replaced AC, Furnace and hot water heater for us over the past 15-20yrs and have always been very happy. Banjo, in particular has always been fantastic!
Had a very professional experience with this company. Amie, their sales representative, was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining the necessity of our crane services on their job site. She had excellent attention to detail for her customers and was personally on site to ensure excellent customer care and satisfaction. The job went flawless because of her preparation and professionalism. Highly recommend.
We were new residents to Ohio and are so grateful we found Hudson Heating Company. We appreciate their professionalism and honesty. They service all of our units and have installed new ones as well. Our general contractor is extremely particular about which subcontractors he uses and Hudson Heating is a company he consistently uses and recommends. They are extremely professional, organized, knowledgeable and thorough. All of their technicians are a pleasure to work with-especially Banjo. Highly recommend!

Hudson HVAC is a top quality company. Great people and highly professional. They removed my old oil furnace and old ac unit. Replaced both and installed new propane furnace and ultra efficient ac system. Installation and quality of work was exceptional. They also do a great job staying engaged with me even after the work has been complete. I could not be happier with Hudson HVAC and recommend them fully.
I called Hudson Heating after our hot water heater broke one afternoon in January. I was told a technician would be out at 8:30am the next morning (which is exactly what you want to hear). At 8am I was notified they were on their way, I really appreciate the prompt and accurate service. Banjo and Austin were very professional and got right to work. I asked how long it may take to complete and they said about 3hrs. They finished in half that time, left no mess, and suggested I get a water monitor device in case of a leak because there is no drain near the water heater in my finished basement (why didn’t I think of that?). Top notch service at a great value, I highly recommend Hudson Heating.
I recently used Hudson Heating for a clean and check for my furnace. The technician Austin showed up early, was considerate, and respectful of my home. He thoroughly explained the process and made sure I understood what he was doing. Would definitely recommend them.
Extremely rude on the phone. Hard to work with and not recommend to even call them. And your reply shows your dishonesty. I have a house in Mantua. I was very clear about that. Unfortunately you’re dishonest. Which seems to accurate with some reviews here or your listening and communication skills are lacking, which also seems to flow with the reviews here.
I had scheduled an appointment because my AC broke suddenly, the appointment was scheduled from 9-12pm however the person showed up at 2pm after I had rearranged my workschedule. Once the guy, showed up, he immediately went to the AC checked the part (all while not telling us what was going on with the unit) and then stated he had to order the part and it was to arrive the next morning. Someone was supposed to come that day to fix it however the part apparently never came and they were very noncommunitive with what was going on. (Still had to pay their 95 service fee :/) Luckily I decided not to pay the whole thing upfront and I am so glad I did not, because they never communicated and informed what was going on or when they could come to fix it. I ended up calling Jackson Comfort Services and went out to buy the part personally and scheduled us to come fix it the day I called them and check if other parts were not working AND waived the fee to come out! DO BETTER HUDSON. :(

These guys rock!!!!! our AC went out today and we’re leaving for vacation and have house sitters coming over. My go-to HVAC that installed in our last 3 homes sold his business and the new owner doesn’t offer 24 hour emergency services. So I called Hudson Heating Company on a Saturday!!! Joe the President called me right away and sent someone out within 30 minutes and fixed a broken compositor. That’s service!!!! Thanks Joe!!!! You have a new client!!! And thanks Banjo!!! Great guy!!!!
As the Facilities Manager for a large Hudson non-profit, I deal with dozens of businesses. Hudson Heating and Cooling has proven to be a first tier service provider for me. When we have a need, their customer service staff and technicians consistently exceed our expectations. I can rely on being treated like a friend by the their entire team.
We have been having problems with our HVAC system and called Hudson Heating Company to take a look at it and let us know what our options are. The woman I spoke to on the phone indicated that our problem sounded pretty bad and that she’d send over someone with a lot of experience with HVAC problems. The person who arrived was obviously inexperienced and was unable to articulate what our problem actually was, much less give us a quote on what it would cost to fix. When I called the heating company a day or two later I was told that no one knew why he was the person to come to our house and that his notes about the visit were incomprehensible (their words, not mine). The person on the phone was very apologetic and promised to send her most experienced person the following Tuesday afternoon. My wife and I shifted our schedules to be home for the appointment, only to be told late that afternoon that the person wouldn’t be arriving after all, despite our having booked an appointment. Overall it was a complete waste of $85. We won’t be dealing with Hudson Heating Company ever again.
I can't rate them I had them come for a quote a man came and said they'd get back to to me later that day but no return call. So so far zero stars.
We used Hudson Heating when our 21 year old furnace needed replaced in the middle of December. Joe was quick to get a technician sent out and pricing over to us. We managed to get the furnace installed the following day. The technicians were efficient and professional. Would highly recommend!
Hudson Heating Company was great to work with. They were on time and thorough with my furnace tune-up and inspection. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Hudson Heating comes to my house each year for maintenance on my furnace. They always do a wonderful job! I purchased my Trane Furnace from them a few years ago. The sales representative was exceptional and I have been very pleased with the furnace. The install was perfect!
