I have an annual maintenance contract and they called to schedule the work, showed up when they said and were very professional getting the system cleaned and checked.
Amazing service. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to get my HVAC system working again at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
If I could do more than 5 stars I would! I reviewed and interviewed 5 companies. All had strong points. But the salesmen Anthony, was experienced and no pressure kind of guy. He is very good in explaining everything with you. He did not rush like some of the other companies. He gave you his total attention. We went with the Lenox Elite system. With the rebates and Gas company rebates why wait? The team came to install our system. Totally thinking of the floors and carpet they covered everything they walked on. HOW IMPRESSIVE IT THAT! shout out to Brad, Pat, Paris and Dom. Great Job! did not even know they were there when they left. Brad walked us through the new thermostat since we had the old mercury one. Our biggest concern was the new technology. SIMPLE! Thanks Brad. The staff in the office our wonderful. Very pleasant to talk to and get right down to what you need. So if you are thinking of taking the Lenox rebates and gas company rebates and our wondering who to go to. Look no further. Our service tech Jerad was wonderful did a Great job. Glad we found Bernard Heating and Cooling. Signed a contract they will be coming back in the Fall to do a tune up on our Furnace Very Happy with the experience today.

Had them install new AC, new Heating System, Humidifier, and new water heater tank. Anthony was our rep who came out and gave as a quote. The whole experience from beginning was excellent. Very trustworthy company. They showed up on time with great attitude on a rainy day and did an excellent work. Also, their pricing is very comparable to other companies who are not trying to rip you off. I highly recommend them. Thank you for the good experience.
I live in Painesville, Ohio and I must say the house I purchased had a system from 1990 something. I kick this idea around for almost two years and I finally pulled the plug and took the old piece of trash out of the attic. Bernard heating and cooling has me up to date on all of the latest stuff you need to cool a home. It was worth the price, great craftsmanship, skilled workers, they got the job done. Every room in my house actually reads the same temperature now. What a difference. Thank you for all of your support too and waking me through this whole install and what I am getting. This was my second time using your company. You also did my home in Stow. Thank you is all I can say.
The team replaced my gas furnace and my A/C system. Antony came to assess the installation and made an offer according to my expectation. The price was right, actually better than any other company I consulted (3 others). The team came on time, they were very professional, efficient and clean. In addition to this, they were very nice. Tech told us we had a cracked exchanger, would need costly repair (on a fairly new 2015) system. Got a second opinion, absolutely nothing wrong with our system. Be weary of this company

In December 2021 days before Christmas my heat wasn’t working. I was referred to Bernard and I’m so glad I found them. They were quick to help me out before Christmas hit, professional, and explained things to me. As a new homeowner and woman it’s east to feel like you’re getting swindled but Bernard takes the time to explain things and aren’t pushy. I signed up for a service contract and they have now come out 2 more times for general maintenance. Each time I’ve had a professional and friendly worker. I would definitely recommend this company and this service to anyone who wants to stay a step ahead of their heating and cooling having any issues.
