Chris was absolutely fantastic. He arrived promptly after I called and had our ac unit diagnosed and fixed within 10 minutes. He was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I will definitely call them for all further issues! They're fantastic!!

Highly recommend Right Way Heating and Cooling. Drew and Brendon replaced our heat pump and were able to get the job done despite the obstacles they faced with our outdated system and set up.

Our a/c would not come on. Called RightWay Chris was here in a couple hours. Told us the problem and repaired it on the spot. He was very courteous. We will be calling them again if need be.
Jonathan was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable about AC. He listened to us, diagnosed our issue and thoroughly explained how he would repair our AC unit. The repair was quick and effective. Had an issue with our gas furnace and Jonathan came out to fix it. He was wonderful, very quick and polite! Our issue was something small that we probably could have figured out ourselves but Jonathan was so nice about it. My techs name was Jonathan he was very knowledgeable and had my AC Unit up and Running Within 5-10 minutes of him arriving to my residence. He’s a really nice guy.
This company has earned my respect. MY AC went down, so I called these guys and they showed up asap. Brendon was my technician. This guy knew his stuff. He was polite, knowledgeable and not pushy at all when it came to "up-sales ". Hopefully I won't have to have AC work done again. But if I do, I'm calling Right Way Heating & Cooling and asking for BRENDON!
