After contacting another furnace service company, I reached out to Performance Heating and Cooling and had a great experience. My furnace was fixed quickly. Communication was prompt. We were having problems with our mini split unit. Chris was able to come out and fix the blower in the unit and then the supply lines need to be replaced. Chris and the other Team did an excellent job. They were punctual, considerate and respectful and was very knowledgeable. We appreciate everything they did and the mini is working GREAT now!! If you are looking for an AWESOME company and staff to work with in regard to any of your heating and air conditioning, give these guys a call. @PerformanceHeatingandCooling

This was the Fall inspection, everything was good. The technician was on time, courteous, and explained what he checked and his findings. I have nothing but good things to say about Performance Heating & Cooling Services. From the initial installation and the yearly inspections, I've been very pleased.
Routine maintenance, tech was on time and completed the work in a short amount of time.
Mike was a true professional. We live in New Albany and the contractors are notorious for recommending work that is not necessary. We had a different HVAC company (Paramount Heating and Cooling) come out and they recommended replacing the entire heat pump and condenser for $7,800. The unit is five years old. Mike quickly diagnosed the problem and the repair was around $800. Needless to say, we'll be using Performance Heating and Cooling for any additional HVAC needs.
