Jamison was great. On time and helped with all of the issues we were having. He had a knack for explaining the more technical aspects in common language. I highly recommend!
We contacted our Home Warranty service in April because we were having trouble getting our condo cool enough even though our AC was constantly running. They sent out a representative from Fast Response Heating & Cooling & came to realize that we needed a new AC. It was at that time that we decided to also have our old furnace & hot water tank replaced. My husband & I can't say enough good things about our technicians Brian & his crew. They did an excellent job and did it all in one day. Brian thoroughly explained everything & answered all our questions. Brian showed us the work that was done & were so pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. We will certainly recommend Fast Response to our family & friends.
My heat pump stopped working and after filling a claim with my home warranty company I was assigned to this business. I highly recommend them!
This contractor does not respond to call. They appear to be overbooked and will not show up for service
Just had a tune up done by Fast Response. The tech Mr Jones was professional and let me know my old A/C is in good condition. Thumbs up
Technician was so friendly and explained everything to us as to what happened with our furnace and fixed it right away. She was done in maybe 15 minutes.
I called and made the appoint for them to come out . They were on time , they also made sure that they let my husband know what they had to do. They also informed my husband on some things that will help keep the heater running good. They did a great job.
Rob was a great salesman! He worked really hard to give me the best deal possible. He’s also answered my many, many questions that I’ve had even after the install was complete and time has passed. The installers were also fantastic and were professional, polite and easy to have around. It’s a good company and I will always use them for my hvac needs!
DO NOT use this company. They have been very unprofessional and missed multiple appointments. When you are scheduled, the only window they give you is a 30 min call ahead, no time range or anything. Additionally, the HVAC technician canceled my appointment without calling because another HVAC company car was spotted on the street in front of my house. Very frustrating to work with, go to FIRE and ICE, which keeps their appointments and is actually great to work with.
Very professional and very quick service. He went over my options with me and helped me through the whole process. Replaced my furnace and got me up and running the same day! I am very grateful and impressed with the service. I definitely recommend them and will be using their services going forward.
Fast Response did solid work for our HVAC unit. You could tell they actually care to go above and beyond to make sure you feel they care about you as a customer

I am so happy about this company I woke up around 2 in the morning on Sunday my house was really cold I knew something was going on with the furnace I kind of thought what it was and I explained it to Bob on the phone and when the mechanic came over he brought the part with him because how I explain it to Bob and this guy performed the test and it was exactly that part that I talked about and he was only there 15 minutes and I was so happy about the work he perform because he could have did what other companies do find other problems with the furnace but he fix the problem and that was it I'm so glad he did not try to find other problems with the furnace and he saw everything was okay anyway very professional I'm truly thankful for this company
I wish I can give zero stars. They are super slow and busy. For more than two weeks they are just planning and texting to come and fix the problem. Even they give only 20 minutes time window to come to the site and if you are not able to come in 20 minutes they will postpone service another week.

Our 25 year old furnace went out on Monday evening and Fast Response had a brand new furnace installed in less than 24 hours. I can’t express how much I appreciated their prompt response, their professionalism and the fair pricing. I highly recommend Fast Response for all your HVAC needs!

This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. I literally mean that. We have had an issue for over a month and 6 visits scheduled by this company. ***As of TODAY the HVAC STILL does NOT work in January.*** 1) FIRST VISIT: Said 2 items needed to be fixed and let me pay to expedite parts 2) SECOND VISIT: Showed up a 2nd time and only fixed one issue. I received little to no communication and had to chase it down with numerous calls. 3) THIRD VISIT: They came back and fixed other issue. The HVAC **S T I L L** did not work. 4) FOURTH VISIT They came out and fixed a "switch". The HVAC still does NOT work. 5) FIFTH VISIT They were supposed to come back and fix it. Fast Response did NOT even SHOW UP. When I called them they said they could get someone out in 4 days and admitted the tech no showed me. 6) SIXTH VISIT is scheduled for this Tuesday. If they even showed up. ***As of TODAY the HVAC STILL does NOT work in January.*** Also this was through HSA Warranty Company (sister company is AHS Warranty) and I do NOT recommend them either. They could care less how this third party is treating their warranty holders.

I was looking for a company who can do local ac repair, and came across Future Aire. the compressor in the AC in our living room kept turning off after just a few minutes of use, and when Roman came to our house, he figured out the problem and fixed it right on the spot which was a nice surprise
