I signed a 3 year contract with them last summer. They did the A/C maintenance but was unable to come out this winter to do the HVAC maintenance. I was told by Robert that he was going to perform that job and then I would have to go with another company. After many weeks of waiting for the HVAC to get checked, they never came out. I've been waiting since January to get my refund for 5 out of 6 services that they did not perform. I haven't heard anything from them, they have not contacted me about my refund and won't respond to my messages.

It was a holiday week and I was unable to get service immediatlyI called Air Solutions they came out not only the same day but within 2 hrs and was professional and made sure to explain in detail everything that needed fixed and very reasonably priced.Great people and great service. Thanks Air Solutions.
AIR SOLUTIONS LLC HAS BEEN A LIFE SAVER DURING THIS COLD WEATHER .THEY WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS TOOK THE TIME OUT TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING THEY WERE DOING , ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY FRIENDLY AND AFFORDABLE DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY AIR SOLUTIONS IS THE WAY TO GO!!!
