They installed the HVAC in new home. Had them out for two minor adjustments. Both times on time, polite, accommodating .
Technician James was prompt and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed our AC and explained the problem.
They are always accommodating when you call. Joel was very knowledgeable and courteous. He's a good worker and very nice he put a new motor and and other things on our air conditioner that is 22 years old. He did a very good job I will ask for him next time.
June 2023: Our annual AC unit maintenance was easily scheduled at a convenient time. Joel L. called and let us know he was on the way and he arrived at the time he said. Joel went right to work checking the furnace/AC unit, cleaning and making sure everything was in good condition. Joel was friendly and went over everything he did and any issues he found. The work was done quickly and professionally and we were very satisfied with the job he did. March 2023: We had great service by James. He was very polite, courteous and friendly. James did a general maintenance and cleaning of our furnace, and while doing so found a problem with the gas supply. Columbia Gas came out right away and fixed the problem. James returned later and verified all systems were good with the furnace. Great job all the way around. We called American Air at 9 am and had a scheduled appointment between noon and 5 pm the same day. Fifteen minutes later they called back and said there was a cancellation and could be here in 45 minutes. Tom arrived promptly and was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly, went to get the parts and the AC was back on and running properly by 11 am. Tom was friendly and knowledgeable and took good care of us. Would definitely use American Air and Tom again.
Dale was excellent! Checked everything over and even tho my AC system is old he did not pressure me at all to buy a new one. In fact, hopeful that I can get another year out of it. Have used this company for years. Always excellent service both from office staff and technicians!
The repair tech (James) came in a timely manner, did the repair quick, and was professional, great job!
Not good. Maybe this review is a build up of all the poor services I’ve had this year, but this one is the last I can handle. Paid over 400$ in arrears for winter/summer clean and maintenance and had to call them to schedule in the summer. The person came out, left a mess, did a job I could’ve done for free, and departed. It’s time consumers stop allowing poor quality when we are also dealing with inflation. That’s mulch and mud in my air conditioner from him “cleaning” the unit

Great experience with American Air, Joel, the technician showed up when he said he would. Very courteous and knowledgeable young man. Went to work right away and was kind enough to explain what he was doing. Cleaned and serviced my AC, and gave it a clean bill of health. Very satisfied with American Air and will be calling in the future when I need service again. Thanks so much.

I have used them for many years and never disappointed. I have them do a PM in the fall for the furnace and spring for the AC. They never try to "up sale" unnecessary services or products like some businesses.
The technician Joel is very knowledgeable! He is a very good communicator! He let's us know what to look for! I appreciate him!

Normal A/C service and leak in coolant line. Recharged and repair scheduled for Tuesday.
James came to help with our routine preventative maintenance. He was very professional, polite, and informative, helping identify issues with our system. He was extremely knowledgeable, and educated us on the equipment and the solutions available. We greatly appreciated his good work. James is the reason we will work with American Air again the future!
