Had an issue with our Pool room dehumidifier. The staff was very responsive and quick to come figure out the issue. They were just as quick ordering the parts and coming back to fix it! Definitely recommend this company! Very reliable, good at what they do, and extremely friendly staff!

Awesome place and great beer
The positive, Tech Jason was pleasant. The negative, work requested was not completed properly. I had sent an online service request to have a leak looked at inside my furnace that was making the filter wet. Company called and set up a time.Tech arrived within the time frame given and told me he'd clean it up and take a look. All he did was a PM. And during the PM he took a draining hose out of one place and put in another. I told him to put it back or it would end up flooding our furnace. Had already lost 1 furnace that way. He did put it back and then told me my furnace was fine and good to go. That it was in good shape. In good shape? It has a leaking gasket for the secondary heater that another company found right away the day before. Now I have 2 leaks, the original one and now the draining hose. He had ripped it out and now it doesn't fit properly. When I called and talked to the Supervisor, Rich, he immediately went on the defensive. I was told how cheap I got the PM, that Jason is their best tech, that he didn't recall me mentioning anything about checking a leak because he was driving. So you can get a tech to come out and break your furnace for the low price of $85. I should have canceled the appointment after the other company told me what was wrong within 5 minutes of having the cover off. My mistake was wanting just to confirm it instead, I got a broken part. Beware!

I just bought a house and the furnace quit working, since it was old we decided to replace it. They quoted me a good price and got it done really quick. Very happy with the service!!
10/10! I used this company for the first time because I was having problems with my furnace. I called and they sent someone out same day. On top of that they fixed my issue in 5 minutes. I couldn't say enough good things about them and I will continue using them for all of my HVAC/plumbing needs in the future. Thank you Capital City!
Need to keep their drivers' attitudes in check, had one almost run me off the road in a road rage fit because I was passing him near the 23S and 665 intersection. Driver did not use turn signal and swerved towards my car aggressively.
I'm a first time homeowner and found a leak in the shower area within a week of moving in so I was freaking out - I called them Monday was able to get a tech Bradshaw out the following day earlier than expected. He walked me through what the issue was (thankfully nothing was wrong) and was super nice and informative. Would recommend Capital City Mechanical and will be using them again if needed (knock on wood)
Will not use again. Had plumber out to repair leak before water meter. Was there 2 1/2 hours and charged me for 3. After I questioned the invoice it was changed. However - in that 2 1/2 hours there was a 45 minute trip to Lowes and a 20 minute process to type up invoice on phone. Same plumber was at my property a week prior and made note of materials needed for this job. (Couldn’t complete a week earlier bc water needed shut off by city so he completed other small jobs) In house inefficiencies paid for by the customer as well as sliding in an extra 30 minutes on my invoice is all I need to know - will stay away in future.
Seems to be a pattern of bad drivers. Almost hit me because they were on Facebook. Cut me off to make a turn I am loaded with 46k lbs of steel
Their drivers are careless for safety. One of their trucks was weaving around cars on a 2 lane road and ran several cars off the road while doing very high speeds. I'll never use a company that cares so little for the safety of others. The van was driving on London groveport rd at around 6:30 am on 11/25. I do hope the company will look into this and discipline the driver responsible.
We had a horrible emergency on Saturday afternoon -- the drain in our basement started backing up with all kinds of disgusting stuff coming out. Of course, we had out-of-town family staying with us, with more family coming and we were unable to do flush toilets, shower or do laundry. James came out after finishing another call. He fixed it quickly and efficiently, with a dose of humor to bring some levity to a very stressful situation! All this, and it didn't cost a fortune. We could not have been more pleased!!
